Marks and Spencer

I've been to the cafe here a few times with my baby. The staff and the service they give is just simply amazing! I arrived today and it was full but I was happy to wait for a table and they walked me to over to the table making room for my pram and to save me juggling the tray they brought my food and drinks over for me. They also provide tommee tippee bottle warmers to your table which again I think is amazing. Everyone there is always so friendly and it makes going out with your kids stress free and so easy! Will always be my go to when out and about in llantrisant.

A fantastic experience and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The lady who served me explained that she could order a different size if I wanted. The quality of clothing is outstanding. Thanks Marks, got a fantastic coat for the winter 😀

A lovely M&S shop offering women's, men's and children's clothing as well as a well-stocked foodhall and a very popular cafe.

The café offers views over the retail park and across to the Billy Wynt. The café is very popular and can get very busy at times.

The foodhall here stocks a wide variety of products at reasonable prices.

There is a large car park outside the shop with disabled spaces near the shop entrance. The car park also gets very busy at peak times.

Excellent food and products but expensive.

I love M&S..Always have.
But, today I felt there were too many people allowed in the Food Court at the same time.( the Air Con was blowing whatever was there around us too!! )
This was my first visit to the Store since early Spring 2020. I was very nervous as my husband has Cancer and Heart disease...So not sure if I shall visit again soon. But I will be back ASAP.. Staff are wonderful and Polite, Professional.

My favourite place to go for coffee, love the view out the window xx staff are always pleasant and polite xx foods always lovely xx

Really enjoyed lunch in M&S and lot of selections of sandwiches and cakes to should from and have been there many years and always busy in the cafe.

A good M&S that has so far had everything I've needed. The quality is always good and they have a good range. They also have plant milks in the cafe so good for vegans and those with an intolerance to lactose.

Helpful, friendly staff. Have always managed to find what i'm looking for. Very clean cafe with happy staff but limited choice due to size but ideal for a coffee and a cake. Ample parking.

It's a very good shop. It has food and clothes. They even do delivers and parcels. You can also get measured for what size bra you need. No need to book an appointment.

I want you to know that you have an amazing member of staff. Her name is Janine and she works in the lingerie department. She helped me to choose new bras. What a wonderful lady. She was patient and determined to find me the perfect fitting bra. She did. For the first time in my life I have a bra that fits as it should. Thank you janine. Xxx

Always a good shopping experience at M&S. Have always found staff very helpful whichever store I've used.

On a visit today the fire alarm sounded, the staff responded in a very professional and organised way .Well done to all .

This store is large enough to shop for most of the things you need and small enough to add the personal touch to your shopping experience. The food hall is excellent.

I have started working for Marks and Spencer's as temp staff over the xmas period at Talbot green and I must say that what a fantastic job and a lovely place to work and all managment and all staff I have met are such wonderful people and they have welcomed me to their team with open arms .All the management and staff has helped me every step of the way from putting stock out ,tidy shop floor rails ,shelves ect down to me running the tills and this has made me build confidence up ,and made every working day pleasurable and so happy and best of all meeting all people from all walks of life and I absolutley love this and enjoy it when your customers are happy that's my main priority I can't thank the management enough who is Jan fire and safety officer ,Louise & Laura ,Tanya and another ladie (sorry forgot her name ) floor managment men's wear ,Astrid in cafe ,and Rebbeca who all has made this possible for me and they are such wonderful staff and they make you feel so at home on my job and I am so pleased and overwhelmed to be a part of the team at marks and Spencer's TALBOT GREEN thanks so much guys LISA WILLIAMS shop assistant men's wear

The lady in the female underwear fitting department was fantastic I had booked an appointment she greeted me with my name and nothing was too much trouble she is an asset to marks and Spencer what a gem Sunday 20th August 11 30 am

Only visit the food section but love the layout, really makes the food look appealing. Price can be a bit more but its usual good quality.
