Lovely!!

Came in today just to grab a few bits and was greeted by the lovely Keiyen
I was given a nice little pampering session and he showed me all the lovely new products (which I purchased because my skin felt amazing after)

Amazing customer service and not to pushy at all. There was also a lovely lady who served me at the till (didn’t get her name) but she was so polite and professional.

Such lovely people and also LOVE the pink theme that was going on today !

It's located in the heart of Bromley and the products here are bit expensive but worth for the money you spend. We are happy customer for the past 4 years and I would recommend everyone to try it once and you will like it

Fabulous shopping experience, hosted by store manager Ali. New hair and body sprays are all amazing, but I chose 2 very different scents to suit different occasions. Super offers too - face mask savings £6 each and vouchers too 😁

Went to buy some perfume for some friends in China. They had what I wanted at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. A quick visit and I was on my way.

Such a great experience in the shop today at the Bromley Body Shop. I was served by a very knowledgeable, gentle and kind lady who was attentive to my needs and problems of dry skin. I got a free item after purchasing the whole bag with argan body lotion, body butter, skin nourishing radiance. I also bought coconut oil which replenished my hair. I strongly recommend that shop particularly for its very friendly staff and the range of products it offers, and above all, for the shower gel refills as part of the brand’s policy of recycling.

I was looking for presents for Eid and Lacey was kind to approach me as I looked really lost and was panicking,
She went a extra mile to help me look for what I was looking for and listened to what I had in mind and beautifully wraped my gifts.

The lady at the make up stall not only helped me to pick the right shade of foundation but also taught me countless tips and tricks on how to apply make up. Staff prompted my friend and I to pick and combine items in ways to make use of promotions. I loved the store and I'm looking forward to shopping there again

My first visit at the bromley branch. The manager was extremely helpful and, bonus, intelligent. She knew her products which is helpful. Haven't been a great fan since the original body shop was sold over, but did buy a spa range. Thanks again to the manager. So I would say I had a plesant experience.

Review-staff working there now looked down there Noses 👹wen I wasn't going to pay for the latest £18 body butter as I preferred my usual one {same tub, same butter} just £10-11 less, i asked if they had my usual that's wen they lied and said No whilst looking down their Noses👹 so I wasn't going to waste my time either, will go to another or online or i may look for another brand 🤔👍🏾.

Love this shop as a vegan it's nice to go in a shop and not have to read every label
There are something's than are not vegan ie things with honey in them
But mainly vegan products
