Went to look at a leather jacket at about 6.45, the sales person was friendly but still professional. Understanding that I needed to find out if another press stud could be put on the cuff as the sleeves were to long.
She helped with options this sale will be because of her, she helped with sizing too..

Incredible service. Usha was great and helped me tremendously with sizes and suggestions. She knew I only had 20 mins before my train left- so she was running around grabbing me clothes.

I have been shopping at St Pancras for a while and I cannot say enough to praise the staff and the store . This hidden gem of a flagship store has an amazing selection of the incredible Whistles merchandise including the most wanted Limited edition pieces .The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and have done so much over time to advise me and source .Please drop in and shop here you will not be disappointed. Thanks to the entire team including Emma ,Molly and Courtney (I would like to mention each one of you but cannot!) your time and attention are much appreciated !

Great customer service. I tried on jeans to get the sizing right as I had seen a pair on sale online. Staff found the jeans online and ordered them. Staff seemed friendly, helpful and professional. When the jeans arrived I tried them on in store and they were a perfect fit.

These stars are only for a French lady from
Bordeaux who is incredibly nice and helpful unlike her other 2 colleagues. Also note that they’ve been closing at 6pm instead of what’s shown on Google.

Their till/internet wasn't working when I wanted to return an online order, but the staff were really nice and processed it really quickly the next day.

A well stocked store with friendly staff who were particularly patient and understanding when I was faced with multiple payment issues.

That said, and despite the large spend, I still went home with electronic tags on two of my purchased items. Not exactly something you'd expect from a brand like this one is it? (It also meant a trip that I could have done without to the Wimbledon village branch to have them untagged).

In addition, I had called ahead and asked that the items I had tried on earlier that day be put aside to avoid disappointment. Upon arrival at the till, I asked the cashier to double check that all pieces were there, and in the right size. Result: One item was completely missing (and the size I had tried on earlier that day could no longer be found in the shop) and another was in the wrong size.

A nice shop with friendly staff, just a shame they let themselves down on the basics.

Ordered some trousers online to collect here. They hadn't arrived when I passed through on my way home. I asked them to return them when they arrived because I wouldn't be through for a while. Two months later and despite multiple emails to Whistles, no return and no refund. Terrible place: do not shop here, they happily take your money for nothing!

The Lorna wool coat I bought for £300 in October was pilling within 4 months. Even though I don't wear it more than 1-2 days a week. It's a disappointment to get such low quality product at this price.

May I know why shop was closed before 6 pm on Sunday? (St Pancras branch)

I was the only customer in the store on a Saturday afternoon and the staff didn’t even bother saying hi. The two staff just kept chatting as if they’re in a cafe. Probably best to get staff who know how to do customer service? Obviously I didn’t bother shopping in this store- unfortunate because I love Whistles clothes.

The two miserable birds in here on Sunday 5 December didn’t bother even saying hi despite looking right at me, and me being the only customer. Needless to say I just left. Get better workers
