Hermes package point. 24 hour opening times. Clean and well organised store with wide selection of goods and nice staff.

I regularly go to take my packages and it is very convenient. They have a lovely array of plants which is an unusual and welcome sight for a newsagents. It is well stocked, clean and easy to find things.

It’s convenient but the staff seem miserable. Never a friendly “ hello” I only use to collect parcels occasionally.

Convenient but be prepared to pay 3x the average price for a product..

The older guy in particular is rude.
They lack customer service

Filthy store, staff are rude and condescending, had a really nasty experience on Saturday and they just laughed in my face. 1star is too much of a prize! Their lack of help just ended up costing me £16 on a postage label.

Not only are the staff rude and unhelpful (especially the younger guys who literally have the easiest job in the world), but their EVRI machine is constantly 'out of order'. Funny how that always happens to be on Mondays when they know it'll get busy.
Stop offering EVRI if you can't be bothered. Wasting my time.

Printing machine has been out of order for ages. Parcels are left on the floor at reach for anybody to steal.
