Pheonix were contractors for our agent when we used to rent our home and they were always nice to deal with. So when needed a plumber in our own place, they were the first people we called. They've aced everything asked of them, from emergency call outs, to boiler repairs and the biggest one: fitting a new shower, new valves and pipework and re-seating the bath properly. The workmanship is excellent and the people are all super helpful and friendly including the office ladies, will definitely call again if we need someone. (Hopefully not for a while 😅)

I contacted Phoenix as my heating had suddenly stopped working, my call was handled politely & professionally.
An engineer came out at the earliest opportunity and diagnosed the issue, he managed to get the heating working and also arranged a replacement part. He made all the necessary checks and tidied up after himself. I would 100% recommend Phoenix as a thorough & genuine company. Thanks again!

I have used Phoenix Plumbing on a few occasions. When we moved into our new home we have our whole plumbing and heating system installed, a brand new boiler system too. We have since used phoenix again when we renovated our basement into a functional room and they installed a wall radiator.

I had my old boiler changed for a new combi boiler which has been a god send. The installation was carried out professionally and we were updated throughout the day of each stage of work. When all works were completed explanation of new boiler operations and instructions were given.
Pleased with everything even the clearing up all materials etc.
