Had a real bad experience at the Wimbledon branch, but returned to West Malling and received top notch service again! Rebecca allowed us to have a proper test drive in it, which massively helped decide whether the car was right for us.

A really excellent experience from reserving a car to purchasing it. Alex was really attentive and helpful for the entire buying process and test drive. This was our first experience buying a hybrid car and had many questions which he was more than happy to help with - we felt very valued as customers and at ease immediately. Thank you Alex!

Last weekend I had the pleasure of buying a car from Big Motoring World in West Malling. I had an idea of the car I wanted to buy when I arrived, but as this was my first car I wanted to take my time to make sure it was what I truly wanted. I was lucky to have the assistance of Alex throughout the morning as my father and I worked our way through inspecting the car. He was super helpful answering all of our questions and beyond patient with us. I never felt rushed to make a purchase at all. The manager Jack was also super helpful throughout the payment process, and I can't express how good the customer service was here. After I came back the following day to pick up my car, I struggled to get the sat nav working. Carley was quick to lend me a hand and get me on my way, which was extremely helpful. I'm beyond happy with my experience at Big Motoring World, and I look forward to continuing to enjoy driving my new car.

Really positive experience. Jake was very kind and helpful. Sold us a great car that met all of our requirements and didn't try to massively up sell us or confuse us with motoring jargon! Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely experience at big motoring world. I was so nervous about coming to buy the car you hear so much negativity about dealership but Riley was so lovely, helpful and funny. Patient and understanding and great when we went for a test drive the whole process he made better and spoke us through every step and was so confident and I believe he is still new to the role. Great service received from Matt listened to what I wanted and matched cars to my requirements didn't try and steer me into something i didn't want or couldn't afford. Nothing was too much trouble considering it was very late on a very cold January evening. He did an absolutely brilliant job and I'm very happy with the car I have purchased. Thank you Matt.

We had initially gone to Bluebell Hill but walked away as they didn’t sell the brand we wanted and so came to West Malling.

We were warmly greeted and had everything explained nicely. We were left to explore all the cars at our own pace which we loved as we didn’t want to feel pressured as we looked.

Once ready to speak with a sales person we were paired with Donny. He was lovely through the whole process, very friendly, professional and not over bearing like some sales people can be. He explained everything well and talked directly to me about everything rather than talking to my parents, making me feel valued. Donny explained everything clearly and thoroughly and made me feel at ease with the whole process.

I am very happy with the experience I received at BMW West Malling and will be recommending to those looking to buy in the future.

It was a very nice place the kids definitely enjoyed it. It took a while to get the paperwork done, around 1.5H but it was a good place and we did not feel the waiting time.

Great service today at your branch. We had the pleasure of the service from a young man called James M. He could not be more patient with us and my husband had a lot of questions!
