Wealden Hall

An impromptu meal. Very good food and service at an acceptable. Highly recommended. I don't really like pastry but the chicken and ham pie was fantastic! Would definitely have again.

Fantastic meal, we had booked the Christmas meal for 8 people. Came with Christmas crackers. Good was delicious. 100% recommend

A lovely traditional ye olde pub and warm welcome by the staff. Sue our bar attendant was delightful. When we arrived she was very attentive and directed us to a table of our choice, advised us on the menu options.
The food was delicious. We are very pleased with the friendship shown by the Manager and Sue. We will be coming back again soon.

We had a really great experience today, the children loved Breakfast with Santa, the food was perfect and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

Went for lunch today, food was very good and kerry our waitress made sure we had everything. She was very pleasant and happy x.

A good Groupon deal inspired our visit and it was well worth it! The food was great, the surroundings were good and the staff were friendly and attentive. Couldn't ask for more.

The Wealden Hall once again proved an excellent place to hold our retirement association Christmas meal. The food was good and great value for money. Peter and his team provided great service.

Just had breakfast with Santa with my family and grandchildren ,we have all had an amazing time , very well organised children able to play and had a arts and crafts area to keep them occupied,
Breakfast really nice and plenty of it .
My grandchildren had plenty of time with Santa , who had lots of time with all the children .

Staff were all so kind and understanding of young children playing who were all excited to see Santa , will definitely do this again next year

Went in for lunch today (7th Nov ) - we both had Katsu Curry, absolutely delicious,service was very good as well.

Had a very enjoyable Sunday lunch and afternoon here, drinking in the bar. Husband had prawn cocktail and the chilli chicken, and i had the same starter and then salmon and prawn duo. Both very good, nice to find somewhere that does food other than roasts on a Sunday.

Yet another great time at Wealden Hall, took part in a quiz hosted by Hope, supporting Macmillan. Superb evening, great beer, food and service in comfortable surroundings. Over 50 people took part in teams of 4 to 6, so lots of competition. Tracey and her whole team worked hard, keeping the brain cells nourished and hydrated, nonetheless my team “ No eye Deer”, as forecast, managed to finish last.
The, winning team “ better than 311” obtained a superb score, and won a nice price, see photo showing 4 of the 6 winning team. The other 2 we’re doing a victory lap outside on the patio, but I’m not bitter , honest
Thanks again to Hope and all the staff at Wealden for another great night, quiz or not Wealden remains a great venue.
