I recently contacted jewelium through Instagram as I was having trouble finding the perfect engagement ring for my wife, after speaking to them via WhatsApp an appointment was set up at the office.
I have to say customer service was perfect and he showed me different diamonds, I was pleasently surprised with the competitive pricing and decided to go ahead. My wife had alot of requests including hidden halo and 18k gold which was all catered for. When the ring arrived as I was very under pressure with time and I told the company I didn't have much time. They put me on a fast track to no extra cost and made the ring to exactly how my wife liked it.
I can't thank you enough and I will definetly be coming back for the free engraving that was offered.

J is a very professional person to deal with. He has designed and made our wedding rings to our very specific specifications. The results are amazing.
