Booking was easy and straight forward . I got a call letting me know my appointment time needed to be changed which I didn’t mind . Once I got there i was welcomed and test was done and over in a few minutes . My results where out quite fast which was good as I was travelling the following day . I would use their services again .

Really fast service, needed an urgent PCR and found that BioLab provided a quick 3/4 hr turn around, from start to finish it went smoothly and the lady taking my swab was kind and gentle. I received a call to let me know my result had been sent which was great, I really do recommend this service and team. Many thanks again.

Very helpful when booking, the reception was correct and the person conducting the swab was superb. Very gentle up to the point that I didn't feel the tonsils sample. In addition the results came as promised. I do recommend it

My second PCR as my first was inconclusive so I came to this lab instead. Fantastic. The person doing the test was really professional and thorough. Results were incredibly fast. Happily now arrived at my destination with no hassles.

I had a very easy time booking and having swab test at BioLab London. They provide a great and easy service. I received my results even earlier than promised, which was great! Many thanks to “ BIO LAB LONDON “.Advanced clinic, all staff wore FULL PPE. Lab included virus killer & Air purifier. As a healthcare professional I recommend this lab. In addition I chose same day result & they suggest that I receive my results at the end of the day, nevertheless I received my results in 2 hours including my fit to flight certificate. On the flight ✈ today. The certificate was so useful as NHS does not provide certificate.
