Today at my GP appointment I was in particularly impressed with fantastic Daniel Morris and his professional help and advise with seeking my follow up appointment and provide me with the necessary informations for my test. He went beyond accustomed expectations and standard which is a compliment to Kings Road Medical GP Center and NHS in UK. I wish him all the best at his career and hope he climbs the ladder of success at Kings Road Medical Center and future.

I’ve lived in lots of areas of London as a result I’ve been a patient at a few surgeries. I have to say I think the Kings Road Medical Practice is really well run. It’s quick to get appointments, you get messages as reminders to your appointments as well as updates on any results. My bloods being done were painless! Thank you!

I’ve been registered at this GP for a long time, they are so professional and better than private clinics, they do everything straight away for you especially Lara. She is so helpful and will go the extra mile for you

I just came off the phone to a lovely Doctor that works at the medical centre, I just moved back to the country and haven't experienced covid/post covid health care services so was a little apprehensive! As soon as I got on the phone to Doctor Rafique I knew I was in the right hands, we slowly talked through my medical concerns and I was left with great options/avenues to help my current situation and just a ton of support! Thank you so so much Kings road medical centre staff!!!

Reception staff, especially Dilesh, were very helpful on the phone & co-ordinated appts/blood test for me on same day to save me having to come back again. A pleasure to deal with.

This is a very good surgery, reception has been helpful and efficient and every GP that I’ve seen has been excellent and understanding, I feel very fortunate to be a patient at this practice

This practice is really amazing .
They are all so polite and very willing to help whichever way .
Not a rude gesture all the time I ve been there .
I transferred from an another gp practice where I never got proper service or my family .
Some doctors had complained also as other patients had complained to them at the Chelsea west .
Many times I just used the A& E at Chelsea west .
Thank you to the whole team.
Phones are answered promptly even though I may be 6 th in the queue.
Made my life so much easier

Yesterday I went in for my 1st vaccination. Wonderful experience. I felt very nervous at first being a BAME member and some stigma that my community had on taking the vaccine. The whole team and specifically Mariam and Shaima reassured me the whole way through. Thank you for all the work!!

The reception staff at Kings Road Medical Centre are fantastic. They are always really calm, kind and will always go above and beyond to help whether it be prescription advice or booking appointments. My Mum was a doctors receptionist for over 25 years so I know how challenging the role can be. Well done and thank you.

Unfortunately I’m no longer a patient of this gp. Dr Tahir was an amazing doctor, not only him, the whole staff members were great and professional. I couldn’t find any other gp like you near my current house 😭

I've been a patient at King's Road Medical Centre since I moved to Chelsea about a year ago. The interactions I've had with them have been very positive; it's been easy to get an appointment for the more urgent medical issues and the doctors and nurses I've met have been nothing but friendly. Also, the regular check ups and vaccinations I've had at the Medical Centre for my infant daughter have been satisfactory and professional.

The service was so good and Abbas was very good taking blood not even felt it. Thank you to all and Abbas.

Same day appointments, almost unheard of anywhere else. The receptionists are so kind and helpful, they go out of their way to try to deal with the problem. The only doctor seen face to face so far Dr Dianati, actually listened and seemed genuinely concerned to do the best she could. This is rare.
