Oxfam Books & Music Islington

What a lovely little used bookstore!! My daughter is a book lover! So instead of the normal things kids want like clothes or toys as souvenirs, she wanted some books and found several here!! We stayed at the hotel around the corner so this was perfect!

2 floors of wonderfully organised, and well-priced books. The selection is excellent - some unique finds!

This place is a real gem, so many books, especially old classics in good condition at really low prices

What a lovely shop. Always neat and tidy and with a big selection of books, music, children's books and some toys,foreign language books, magazines and so many more. Prices are great too. I paid for a brand new book The life of David Hockney, only 3£. Highly recommended!

Love visiting this place whenever I’m in the area. Offers a range of books with unexpected finds, especially in philosophy and science. Highly recommend!

Almost flat access coming into the shop. There's an upstairs & no lift. However the staff were diligently helpfully. On the ground floor you have access to fiction, crime, literary fiction, poetry, sci fi, fantasy, travel, autobiography, sport and children's books. Plus rare and old books. From my wheelchair I could reach the second highest shelf but the staff offered as I came in to reach stuff down for me, so they are aware of limitations their shop has for wheelchair users. I do remember the stairs from pre wheelchair and found them steep and narrow.

What a great find to stumble across! A great selection of books to choose from across the genres and the staff are all very lovely and helpful too.

Always an amazing range of books, never manage to leave without buying something! The books are refreshed relatively often and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

This is basically like a good secondhand book shop, but all the profits go to Oxfam for good work elsewhere. They have a well organised and diverse selection, better than any other charity shop I've been to.

All bookshops are fantastic, this one benefits from being close to work and less expensive than high Street. Plus money goes to a good cause.
