I went in there sat 1:30 to look around and this helper named Finely helped me, i went in not looking to buy anything buy Finely encouraged me to buy lots of clothes. I am very happy and am planning to donate more soon due to Finely good service, please give him a tip he deserves it :)

The experience today wasn’t great I came in about 5pm as I walked in I got the typical stare as a black girl. Fast forward to paying for my items. Two Indian ladies decide to speak their language …. Clearly speaking about me and looking at me a certain way whilst serving me . I don’t appreciate that as a person who has several mental health issues which include S paranoia and severe anxiety. I went to mind right after and received better service 5* from a gentleman who spoke ENGISH in my presence, this was my first time visiting and disappointed explains my experience today

I gave them a huge box of donation but didn’t even thank me.
I felt like they were doing a favor to me not me..
Huge mistake to do even donation to them. A woman in the counter was very rude.

Awful lady working there. I got there at 5.10pm and they told me they're closed so I nicely told her that she should change their opening times on Google as it says she shop closes at 6pm. She just shouted at me 'no and shut the door in my face.
Shop closes at 4.30pm if the information on their door is correct

I love charity shops but this one is overpriced and the women running the shop has no customer sympathy and is not meant to be client facing

Just left the shop at 230pm on Friday. The woman behind the counter was sour faced and rude to me and refused to honour the price on the dvd as she said it was wrong. Sorry but that’s the price and by law it should be honoured. She should be sacked. Disgusting.
