Perfect place if you want just a bed, breakfast and low price. In this case the hotel is doing the job perfectly so 5 stars

The stay I had in the hotel was great, the rooms were an average, pretty small size, but beds were very comfy and it was comfy, also there was a tray placed with a kettle and different types of tea if you get thirsty.

The service I did not have as I only stayed overnight from around 10 pm until just before 8am, but the staff was very friendly at the office and if you get a room, the Wi-Fi is free and they ask and give you password on a piece of paper.

Location of the hotel was alright, just about maybe 30 minute drive from city centre and I think there should be a bus stop not far, also about 10-20 minutes away from the hotel is a gas station with a pretty cheap prices so you can fuel up your gas for around £90 or £100 if driving from London to Aberdeen in Scotland which took around 8 to 10 hour drive and I happened to get stuck in a traffic for a bit.

Very good experience: welcoming and friendly. Warm, comfortable rooms with most amenities. Very good value for money and on site parking.
The evening meal was fantastic; would come again.

Used to go to this place way back. It looks too good for the area now. It's been renovated. Great place for socialising. Can be a nice place for an event. We ordered some food and all the food was well served and a bit more than expected. Very friendly bar tender. I Ihave not used the hotel side to comment.

Great place to stop when visiting Wembley. It was surprisingly cheap and cheerful for London. Enjoyed my stay, will be going back.

Cleaned our room's daily, safe to leave valuables out. Staff have been very pleasant and helpful. Lovely breakfast and also lovely bar food. Room's are quite basic but we did have a fridge. Hotel is close to Wembley. We will definitely be booking here again. Thanks for your hospitality.

The hotel showed that there can be people in London with a heart.

I had a nightmare of a time. I lost my wallet and therefore all my cards and my money.

I was in a pretty dire state and had to spend 9 hours on various phone calls to different banks etc.

The receptionist convinced the chef to make me a breakfast until I was able to get some emergency money sorted and it may not sound like much, but in desperate times making sure that someone can eat is a very nice thing to do.

I would 100% return here whenever I am in london because of the one act of kindness I desperately needed at that time.

Down for the Challenge Cup final, arrived at 10:30am and were shown straight to our rooms. Staff courteous and friendly, Sunday mornings full English was just what was needed, again staff friendly and helpful. Definitely a value for money stay. Thank you very much

10th -11th May 2019 - Our one night stay was very enjoyable, after a long day and night at the Wembley Arena for the Gods of Rap Tour we retreated to the hotel where the nights rest was plentiful. The staff were friendly, accommodating and we could not argue about the price as it was cheap enough, it's certainly not the Ritz but hey ho for the price it felt like the Ritz. Well done the hotel.

We will certainly be back

Couldn’t fault the facilities for the price! The man on reception was friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and had plenty of amenities i.e. mini-fridge, tv.
Would definitely stay here again when heading down to London again!

My Wife and I stayed at the Hotel on a weekend break, it is a short walk away from Stonebridge Park station which is accessible on the underground via the Bakerloo line and via the overground services from Euston.

The distance outside of the centre was not a problem, we encountered no issues getting into the centre of London and back again even on the Sunday when the Bakerloo line was closed in parts for engineering works, a bus replacement service was running to Queens Park so it just took a little longer.

The hotel was very well priced, the staff were extremely polite and approachable and could not have done more to help us. When I rang up, the hotel staff were happy to make arrangements for me to store my motorcycle in their locked yard/beer garden to the rear and were happy to accept our bags into storage well before check-in time so we could go into the city.

We booked a double en-suite room which was spacious and had a good sized bathroom with a full size bath. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room had its own refrigerator provided. The furnishings and décor in the room were very pleasing.

There were a lot of options on the menu for the evening and it was very well priced. The food was nice and on par with what I expect from pub food. The bar was reasonably priced and the staff friendly. The bar is open to the public and not restricted to hotel guests. Breakfast was equally nice with a buffet selection of Full English, continental and cereals.

All in all we enjoyed our stay very much, the price cannot be complained at and the staff were exceptionally courteous, friendly and professional.

Went in for some food today in the bar/restaurant. Huge free car par for patrons. Slightly shabby interior and low prices made us suspect - but the food was amazing and the staff were friendly.

We started with a sharing platter with tempura vegetables, onion bhajis, vegetable samosas, wedges and onion rings which was a bargain at £6. The vegetables had all been freshly battered and the wedges were from fresh potatoes. For mains, we had a cottage pie with chips and salad - again this had been "prepared by hand" in some way and was only £6 with a small glass of wine. Rather bizarrely the cottage pie was served upside down, with the potato on the bottom, but it was very nice. We also had a sweet potato and chick pea curry, served with plain rice, naan and a poppadom and a chicken korma (served with same) which were only £8 each. The vegetable fajita (£5) was delicious, fresh veg in a sauce on a hot plate, soft warm wraps in a tortilla plate and all the usual sour cream etc.
There was also staples like fish and chips (I imagine the fish would be freshly battered and fried, not oven bake stuff), casserole, chicken pie, sandwiches and jacket potatoes. A HUGE range of vegetarian stuff with chicken style curry, lamb style curry, fish style burgers, vegetable curry, vegetable fajitas.

The bar/restaurant area is large and the tables were set a good distance apart with plenty of space for a buggy/wheelchair. Tables are a good size with plenty of space to eat.

We will be visiting again and would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone else looking for somewhere to eat in the area.
