Bective Leslie Marsh have be the property managers dealing with our tenancy for 3 years. As part of their team, Soraia Lopes has been outstanding, literally the best Property Manager I have worked with in 20 years as a Landlord or Renter. Her efficiency and courtesy quite exceptional, and her incredibly high standards are never compromised, no matter how awkward the circumstances or flustered the initial contact from us - as we coped with the trials and tribulations of renting in an older mansion block. I would, without doubt, recommend her, and by extension, Bective Leslie Marsh, as Property Managers whether your interest is as Landlord or Tenant.

Jack is a very professional and competent agent who has gone above and beyond all my expectations during the rental process. Jack has been prompt in helping me out with anything I needed which has made the rental process go as smoothly as possible. The agency was very fair with everything and I didn't feel pressured into making any decisions, which is something I have experienced with other agencies. Additionally, the agency represents great flats.

I would highly recommend Jack Cooke for anyone either looking for housing or interested in putting your home up on the rental market. We've been in contact with many letting agents for the past month and he is, by far, the most professional and easy to work with. Also, Jack really goes that extra mile and has a transparent and "tell it like it is" communication style, which really has helped us manage expectations while some other agents have sugar coated.. i wanted to rent a house in Notting Hill, and the next day i had an appointment with one of their agents , very very friendly staff, always available for all my questions all the agents, very helpful with everything.
