Towns & Crawfords were absolutely amazing when it came to buying our first house through them. Even though they weren’t responsible for acting on our behalf, they were always happy to assist us with any queries, were easily contactable, kept us updated without us even asking, and supported us through the stress of it all. They are friendly, professional and put us at ease! We will definitely be using them once we are ready to sell 😊

We recently purchased a property that was being sold by Towns and Crawford and was amazed by the amount of work they put in on our behalf as the purchaser. Things such as chasing solicitors and estate agents. They were always very proactive and very quick to respond to any questions we had, and also offered great advise as to what we could be doing to speed the process up. In comparison we barely heard anything from the estate agents we were using to sell our property. Overall Towns and Crawford were very professional and if I were to sell my house in the future, I would do so through them.

At my time of life, and the circumstances I found myself in, I rented a property through your company.
From the start to the finish of my 7 months living there, I can honestly say that the estate agency team I have dealt with during this time have been FANTASTIC! to say the least( Charli, Marion and Lorah).they have made my transition

Amazing service. The chain was held up by other estate agents not doing their job, so Lorah not only did a great job for me, but kept the chain moving doing the work the other agent should have been doing!! I knew they were great, but when compared to the other agent involved in the chain, their service was above a beyond and totally invaluable!

What a refreshing change to have an agent who wants to work in partnership with you to sell your property, rather than taking over the way many do.
Great communication and friendly service that genuinely (and readily) 'goes the extra mile' when needed.

So a strange review as I was not able to complete my purchase with Lorah but I can wholeheartedly say that this firm was a cut above the rest in terms of service and honest feedback/information. My move was a terrible experience for reasons that had nothing to do with the firm and throughout all the mess Lorah was an absolute diamond.

I was actually sad that when I had to switch home choice it was not being sold by Lorah. If the scars heal and I move again Lorah will be the first person I call!

I could not recommend their services enough if you want a no nonsense human element to what is a very stressful time. A refreshing difference to all the big players out there.

Service and attention to detail that is second to none, topped off by on office of smiling faces. Great experience with them and would highly to anyone. Will 100% use Towns and Crawford again if I ever move back to the area!
