Lovely tea room with a good selection of food options.
Service excellent and friendly.

The tea room was very busy when we were there, but the staff managed the service very well.

Toilet facilities nice and clean.

I must ho back to try the breakfasts. They looked excellent!

A cosy, little tearoom in a lovely town. I ordered a cheese and mushroom panini for takeaway. Staff were friendly, easy-going and friendly. There is a wide range of sandwiches and pastry items. I would gladly return here in future.

The best breakfast for download festival. We’re made to feel welcome and it’s so lovely to sit and eat lovely food that isn’t ridiculously priced.

We come every year and it’s a highlight for us.

Called in here on the way to the airport. Drove round, saw it called.
Breakfast was great and good value. Meant we didn't need to spend a fortune for food in the airport. This will be a regular flight stop for us.

Had the full English breakfast, it was excellent. A full plate at a very good price. Very friendly staff

I had seen many pictures of amazing cakes and breakfasts on Facebook and some friends were visiting so it seemed a good place to have breakfast. We were not at all disappointed, was a gorgeous breakfast, coffee and bacon sandwiches (the bread was amazing, tasted freshly baked), then we took away 2 boxes of cakes to eat later. Soft fresh cakes and brownies 😋 perfect. Service was really good, very friendly and we felt welcome. Very cute, decorated well, clean and fresh. Will definitely go again

Called in for a cuppa after a suprise 2 hour wait for the dog at the local vets in the area. Walked around the area and the cafe seemed popular with groups of all ages.
I hadn't planned on eatling but after seeing the food come out i decided to partake. It was a wise decision, the food was of good quality & really well cooked, the staff were pleasant and friendly.

Fabulous afternoon tea, it was huge so will eating some this evening too. Presentation and service was outstanding. Thank you, we'll be back

Great Stop in Castle Donington. Very popular as per the amount of people dining. Went with wife and friends whilst on a walk. Two of us had the home made quiche. Absolutely delightful. Good platefuls. Service is always friendly. Prices very reasonable. Give it a try.

This was a quaint little place in a 16th century building. The food was good, there was a variety of delicious cakes and the staff were pleasant.
