Rude staff, arrived 9pm on Sunday evening and was told to “hurry up we are closing” however both Google and the One stop store locator states they are open until 10pm on a Sunday. More to the point she could have politely said I’m sorry but we are closed. Maybe she requires some customer services training or the sack, whichever is appropriate.

Went in on Sunday morning and got charged full price for coffee and biscuits even tho there was promotion on. Went back in store and middle aged woman just shrugged and said she can’t do anything as she only does morning shift and can’t or won’t fix it even tho she knew I was over charged
