Frankie and Benny's provided a delightful family meal experience! From the warm atmosphere to the diverse menu, there was something for everyone. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to our needs. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious, especially the classic Italian dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic dining outing for the whole family!

Had best experience here while waiting for my flight. The staff were absolutely excellent with the kids and so so friendly. By far the best and most welcoming Frankie and Benny’s I’ve been too and the food was, absolutely delicious! 10/10

Writing this from on board my flight. It’s not often I’ll write a review, certainly not this quickly.

A couple of things went wrong with the order but the way the manager and the team handled the situation was seriously top notch (morning shift - 9th Nov). They turned a potentially poor experience into one which will be remembered for positive reasons. The food was great, but this was really all about the service.

This review is a 5 star review for the manager (I think he was the manager, Macaulay) he was fantastic and sorted out a small issue we had with our breakfast. He was helpful, professional and made a great start to our holiday.

East Midlands Airport branch. Left a fancy painted metal water bottle at F&Bs in departures. A month later when again flying out from EMA asked whether they had found it. Very impressed when they handed it over...

Lovely and quiet at 5.30am. Clean and pleasant dining space with friendly, prompt service and attention from Millie.
Ordered Eggs Royale which arrived promptly (less than 10mins) and was cooked to perfection.
Coffee was hot and juice was cold.
A bit pricey but what I would expect at any airport.

The staff were so nice here! Had a great service, didn't wait long for food or drinks. I had a halloumi and chicken burger and wife had a lasagne. Was a great place to chill before our flight ✈

Very nice, quiet (today anyway) and quick service, server was polite, friendly and approachable. When my daughter fell over he came over and offered her and my other daughter a capri sun, which we put on her knee. Server was Rafal at the east Midlands Airport restaurant, food was nice and overall a nice dining experience

Paulina was a great host will be coming back next time we fly!

Had a nice and enjoyable meal before my flight. Rafal our waiter was very nice and helpful and made sure we had a nice and pleasant time at the restaurant. Food was amazing and we definitely didn't leave the restaurant hungry. Highly recommend!!!

We ate at the branch at East Midlands Airport when waiting for a flight. The staff were great with our kids, the food was good and came quickly and Rafal who served us was really helpful

I usually have breakfast here if I take an early flight. I trust them to make my porridge without milk, and it’s always delicious. Lola was attentive without being intrusive.

Paulina was great and was part of our amazing day start. We had breakfast with kids before our flight and Paulina went an extra mile to make sure kids are happy
