I first came across Paola Ash when my sister (who has extreme medical/cleanliness OCD) visited Paola’s clinic. My sister returned from her appointment full of praise for how lovely, knowledgable and hygienic Paola was. A real feat (or should I say feet!?)
So when I had an accident and lost my big toenail, my sister recommended that I go to Paola for a consultation too.
Having spent the last few months visiting doctors for a series of medical issues between myself and other family members, I have found myself repeatedly saying ‘I wish these doctors could be like Paola!’.
Paola Ash was phenomenal from the get go- she accommodated me at short notice and did not make me feel rushed at all during my consultation. She took her time to listen to me and take in every little detail about my medical history. Her compassion and bedside manner were fantastic, and despite the state of my toenail (it looked pretty ugly to me!) she was very reassuring that it wasn’t as bad as I thought, and was very positive, yet gently realistic about the outlook. When I was concerned about being able to maintain her recommended care plan, she was not phased or annoyed with me and instead helped me to try and tweak the treatment plan to make it as achievable as possible for my comfort.
Because of this, I have been able to follow her recommended routine and have already seen a huge improvement in the growth in just a few weeks.
She has been great about responding to any questions and making plans to follow up with me regularly.
I have been recommending her to every one I can think of in the event that they ever need a podiatrist down the road. Paola is worth every penny!

Paola's assessments and treatments are always detailed and solution orientated. Due to good communication, the booking process is very smooth, one usually receive confirmation within a short time. Always helpful & professional.

I am unbelievably grateful I met Paola (Ash)! I had a broken foot in May (5th metatarsal) which was not healing after many months. I went to see Paola and it was a game changer! Sadly, due to previous mis-management my foot now had 4 problems instead of just one. But Paola very quickly had a plan in place. She is exceptionally professional, and a great communicator. She talked me through everything and equally important, she listened to me. She also stayed in very close contact via email through my entire treatment. I always felt like a priority 😊 . Paola provided an excellent service as usual.
I came in and described the problem.
After a few minutes she knew what to do to alleviate my injury. Paola then treated it with her usual assured knowledge and deft ability.
After two follow up appointments I have regained a lot of my range of movement that I hadn't realise I had lost. My strength is coming back too.
Now to follow up with the prescribed exercises and hopefully ease back to full strength.

Paola is absolutely fab. She explains things very clearly, makes you feel heard, is clear in actioning a management plan and making sure the treatment choices are reasoned through and appropriate for you. And all delivered with care. I highly highly reccomend!

The foot care provided by Paola was excellent. After ruling out potential problems, she treated the nails/feet and put me on a good care regime. She also advised on suitable trainers for my training/running. I highly recommend Paola for any podiatry issues and care.

I had ignored my ingrown toenail for around two years before it became too painful to bear.

I did a quick Google search and found Paola at The Chelsea Clinic, and how lucky I was to find her so easily!

She saw me very quickly, and started working to relieve my pain at the first appointment!
Due to the severity of my nail, it took a couple of visits to get it sorted… but I was immediately out of pain from day 1.

I’m now in my last week of applying dressings and can finally live life without worrying about my toes!

Paola was super helpful throughout my injury. She made herself available to have multiple calls and appointments to diagnose the problem with my ankle. She listens and takes the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend her to friends and family.

I have been seeing Paola for over two years now. And I have recommended her to a friend of mine. And she swear blinds as well she’s the best I have had a knee op just yesterday and she has just called me to help me with advice and assistance. When my knee injury happened she help me know what it was by giving me an ultrasound and she was brilliant if u need help with ur feet knee or anything sports massage related go and see her.
