Shambolic business banking experience, couldn't open an account without issue, failed emails, failed online banking setup, failed to load my address correctly, 3 days and counting for a resolution to be able to use the account since logging a ticket then disconnecting me when putting me through to another dept, then on top of that when deciding to close the account as if it's starts like this, there's no way I will continue, they want wet signatures and a letter in order to do so, never in my life have I had such a ridiculous experience. Oh btw Virgin, you don't even have my sig on file so what exactly is the point of that bit ? Utter clown show, have gone to Lloyds instead, much simpler.

virgin money is the worst internet company have takes half hour to get help then they just shut you down

Nisha offered poor customer service, did not want to help me , had to persist to get heard, not impressed with this lady. I only called the branch when I had spent 2 weeks intermittently trying to get through to customer services. All ready frustrated I was met with a lack of care or support. Virgin you need to review your staffs calls.

This is a bank that reminds me of public sector lethargy and bureaucracy. Visited the branch to sort out an issue, and they said: "Call the HQ." I called the HQ, and they said: "Visit the branch." Bank elsewhere, is my advice.

Expensive to get in touch by phone. Branch not open on Saturdays.
