the customer service is a rarity now and wholly deserves a 5*. they had a stock supply issue and they rang me within a couple of hours of placing an online order to inform me of the problem, the likely restock time. I purchased Beurer HK 50 from this site, the price is even cheaper than Mustapa. Best part is the great customer service from Chris Storey (one of the staff I think). I received the parcel in 2 weeks time (shipping from UK). I was a bit nervous after waited for the 1st week and decided to send an inquiry email. Chris follow up closely with my shipment (sending email every 1-2days) until my parcel arrived. What an impressive customer service! I will definitely buy from here again!

The only item I have purchased from this company is a Ultrasonic Dental Cleaner 11, which also incorporates a UV source. This product used twice daily, using only water, keeps dentures clean and hygienic.

Recently I bought a soft laser for my arthritis.There was a few issues with it which i didn't know about before I bought it, so I rang win-health and gwen sorted everything out. I chose a new laser and sent the old one back and gwen sent me the new one and refunded the difference. I won't hesitate if I need anything else from this company, excellent customer service.

Recently I have purchased several heat pads as I suffer from Chronic Arthritis throughout my Spine. Heat is very soothing. I also have a hand held Laser which I use for all sorts of conditions brought on by the Arthritis. All have been supplied by Win Health Medical. They are unfailing with their advice and the service is excellent. They do what they say!
