Come to Jedburgh every year and always try to get a meal in at Belters. The burgers are incredible! Lovely friendly atmosphere and can’t wait to return next time.

This small unassuming bar had some of the best food I have ever tried. Their burgers are outstanding. If you are passing by stop in to Belters Bar. You will not be disappointed.

Best place in Jedburgh by a mile. Owners made you feel welcome from the minute you walk through the door, helped us find a B&B through their friend which was amazing. The food we ordered was freshly made by Lorraine and was the best burgers we have ever had, not to mention the loaded fries. We will definetly be back to such a welcoming and warm place. Thank you.

The owners were kind and friendly and ready to serve. The place was cosy and comfortable, decent music (Runrig!). The steak was amazing. The burger i had off their extensive creative burger menu was delicious and plentiful. This place comes with a big dollop of good old favourites like bisto gravy, mayonnaise and squirty cream combined with excellent quality meats, and products. Value for money definitely, the steak was £12! Needs booking.

We had lunch and an evening meal here on different days. The menu is extensive and not what we were expecting from a small bar. The food was delicious and freshly made, I had both the beef goulash and the lamb tagine, both dishes bursting with flavour. We would highly recommend this bar for food. Do check opening times and book in advance if possible. Dog friendly too, thank you.

Amazing little pub, the burgers are to die for especially the Scottie burger. Can't belive it's just the land lady who does all the cooking. Word of advice you need to book if you want to eat there. 😋

Couldn't fault the food at all, I had steak and my partner had curried cottage pie which was delicious. Only downfall is the place itself, sign outside is missing letters and inside could do with some updating, chairs were worn and looked thread bare in places.

Food here was lovely and portion sizes were big! Still managed desert though.
Friendly staff including a local lady who was able to tell us about local traditions and places to go and see during our visit to Jedburgh.
Prices were also reasonable, would definitely recommend.

A must if your in Jedburgh. Fantastic owners that make you feel so welcome. The food was incredible all prepped and cooked by Lorraine. Such a friendly atmosphere from all the locals making you feel so at home. All you could ask for a good day/night out with a really good selection of beers and spirits. All the best from Falkirk.

Absolutely amazing food! First time visiting Jed, stopped in for a few drinks and some food. There is also a pool table which was an added bonus. Owners were brilliant, very friendly and welcoming. Menu was unbelievable, so much choice and caters to everyone. We had surf & turf burger and surf and turf main. Tasted delcious, portions very generous, would highly recommend and could not fault, great value for money! We had a great time, thank you.

Unassuming pub with really great food. Had fish cakes which were very well seasoned, I think I inhaled most of my food. The portions are suitably large for traditional pub food. Liked the friendly atmosphere and the owners made us feel really welcome. Tried some of my fiancé's haggis burger, some of the best haggis I've had. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Great food, large portion size. Sat in bar for food as went in during a quiet period but upstairs restaurant available too. Nice staff. My partner had a scottie burger and I've converted her to liking haggis now :)
