I cannot recommend this shop enough, the staff are super friendly always willing to help you with a big smile on their faces. I wanted to highlight one particular staff member that helped me a lot on my shopping but he refused to give me his name as he wanted the review to go to the whole team. One of the best if not the best shopping experience I’ve ever had.

The gentleman who assisted me was patient and helpful throughout my visit. To ensure hygiene, he even provided disposable socks for trying on the shoes. I appreciated this thoughtful gesture.

The store itself was spacious and well-organized, making it easy to browse. I was delighted to find the exact shoes I had been searching for, as my size was sold out online :)!

I went for the free boot care service (booked online) and turned up when the shop opened. I was greeted and gave my boots in. One of the staff members, Don, noticed I was wearing a pair of Timberlands and offered to spray them with a protector - much appreciated! My scuffed boots came back looking much better than before and I want to recognise Don, Luke and Bella for their fabulous service!

Really excellent service in this store today. Very friendly staff who offered to clean and treat both my old boots that I was wearing when I came in, and the new pair that I bought. Great sale prices too. Will definitely be coming back to buy in store next time I need new boots!

Great store, a lot of room, easy to navigate display, very friendly and helpful staff. I went to the Carnaby store to just have a look, as I love the design of Timberland shoes. I felt great atmosphere so decided to try some, the guy who was on the shopfloor asked me if I need any help with sizing. I ended up trying 4 pairs and buying 2. The other guy who worked behind the till was also brilliant. Very rare great customer care experience.

5 Star service from Store manager David, he looked after me on Saturday 26th June with my Polo Shirt dilemma !!! Will the sizes fit.............He knew what was good for me let me try on and model for the Mrs. I was so impressed i purchased 2 and with 10% offered off the sale price this was a wonderful trip and i am a happy customer.

Now I am a big fan of timberlands, they make very comfortable boots and they are always in fashion.
This store is so lovely because it is in Carnaby Street which is pedestrianised, so you can wander around without being harassed by mad drivers.
This store has the nicest staff as well, helpful and polite and they don't try to make you buy cleaner and stuff at the til.
Nothing against the other store in Oxford Street, but that one is so busy compared to the airy peace in this one!
