I loved it. My family and I had a great time. Very tasty food, the sweets are divine! And the staff are very nice. It is a very cute place. And if you love chocolate like I do, get the triple chocolate cake, that was delicious! The afternoon tea and branch were great

Had a great afternoon tea. We had the vegetarian option, the egg sandwiches were really nice. Scones were also warm and tasty. And we enjoyed the desserts. The waiter was very friendly & helpful, made it an enjoyable experience for us. Thanks 👍

Wonderful lunch at the P.V. in Victoria. We ordered 2 Croque Monsieur, a hot chocolate, a mocha & 2 yummy slices of cake. The food, cakes, drinks & service were excellent. Will be back for sure.

Patisserie Valerie for over 10 years has never disappointed our family. We quite often came for brunch and bought all the birthday cakes from PV, such a shame so many brunches got closed down. The one in Victoria is now the closest one for us and we came here from outside of London for this lovely afternoon tea. Highly recommended but can get quite busy 🍰

Scones were really nice and delightful. Also enjoyed the mango and passionfruit ice cream.

I was gifted a voucher for afternoon tea for 2 for my birthday (3/10). The staff were lovely and very welcoming and had great time efficiency for service, the food was delicious, especially enjoyed the salmon cracker, scones and the toffee éclair. Couldn't have asked for a better birthday treat. ♡

Went here for brunch when we were in London. Food was very good. Really fast service. Ice-cream was delicious. They also have a lot of freshly made cakes and pastries that look delicious.

Had breakfast here one morning as it was not far from our hotel. The prices were much better than the hotel dining. The food was delicious. The staff friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we came back for the afternoon tea the next day before leaving town. That to was exceptional food and service. They even made a food substition for us.

Delicious food. Service is good, however, with the lunch voucher, it limits the sides you get with the croque monsieur. They’ve started asking you to pay for the fried potatoes on the side when before, we got them included in the lunch voucher price.

Great afternoon tea. Absolutely smashing scones, freshly baked and warm. Topped with excellent cakes. Attentive and friendly staff. Have been twice now and great each time.

The afternoon tea is nice but the staff are even nicer. My 3 year old son randomly started saying I want strawberry after my sister in law asked for juice menu. The girl who was working brought some strawberries over for him which was so nice. We arrived with only 5mins until kitchen closed on a Sunday and they still managed to serve us too. Fantastic

We came here for tea time and absolutely loved it! The staff is amazing, very friendly and they love talking to all customers making you feel at home. Food was amazing too!

Came here yesterday for a quick cake and tea and from the moment I walked in the young French lady working here had been so friendly, welcoming and positive! I would give 5 stars alone on the service as it's what I could only dream of in a restaurant and never would expect it in a cafe!
I had the orange and turmeric vegan dessert and although I'm not vegan it looked great and tasted amazing too! A little bit like the mince in a mince pie somehow! Would definitely recommend it to anyone vegan or not! They have many other flavours too that I'd definitely be coming back to try!

We had afternoon tea today and everything was (as usual) very tasty. We love having afternoon tea at Patisserie Valérie.

Very nice and welcoming staff, good quality food, the cakes are lovely, I can highly recommend their high tea, very tasty mixture of sandwiches, scones and cakes.
