Exchange Fry

Found this little take away place when travelling through Jedburgh late this evening. Was very impressed with the service, we wanted sausage suppers and they made them fresh for us. Was particularly impressed with the customer service as another customer had an issue with their order and the man working there did absolutely everything to ensure this was rectified. Serving sizes are generous and great value for the prices. Quality of the food was excellent. Would recommend to anyone passing through.

Really good pizzas, they are very good at following your requests ie extra cheese. Grill is also good, lots of variety. Definitely best chippy in Jed!

Great chippy man went trouble of coming back with the sauce without asking cheers!

Great fish and chips

Batter and chips were great. 3 fish bough and all were dry. Usually good but disappointed tonight.

Ordered fish and chips. Waited over an hour for delivery and fish was chewy. I assumed I waited so long because it was being cooked fresh. Just busy I guess.

Again ordered a large takeaway on the app. To have one of the pizza not fully topped. A kebab pizza is to have salad and sauce along with the kebab meat. Twice now i have had this order without the sauce and salad. First time phoned them and the lady was very rude on the phone
this time i did not call as was not wanting to be made out as if it was our fault salad and sauce missing.
Think they need to start looking at there menu and make sure orders are correct before they leave the shop. ☆Thank you for your response. But it states on the menu that the kebab pizza comes with salad and chilli sauce. My pizza had neither of these. For a good job i ordered a garlic mayo or it would of been very dry.☆

Don't handle the fish / food with your hands, it's very off putting!!

My order arrived after 50 minutes, which was not bad, but I had to carry it to a girl of about 14 years old......everything was cold, never again......

Horrible hairs on the food and the chips where not cooked

The worse takeaway we have had by far ever. Both myself and my partner couldn't eat our meals.
