Really fantastic wine selection. Based off of wine alone Vintage Cellars deserves 5 stars, however the regular staff member is unbelievably rude - both my husband and I have had similarly rude interactions separately. The older gentleman is absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable but the other staff member has soured the experience on a number of occasions. Such a pity.

It is such a shame that your staff member is as rude and dismissive as he is, because it entirely spoils what could be a great local wine shop promoting independent wine. We have come in semi-regularly for the better part of a year, each time hoping the service gets better out of familiarity if not common decency. Such was todays dismissal and contempt though that we won't come back, and will be actively encouraging everyone else we know in Pimlico to shop elsewhere.
