Medivet Stamford Hill

Really good care at Medivet Stamford Hill! Have taken both my indoor cats here to get microchipped and have a check up and the doctor and staff are so lovely. Very easy to get an appointment as well and they do emergency appointments too!
Now what to do about my cat sunbathing on my plants!? 😂

Stamford Hill Medivet looked after our cat when he unfortunately fell ill and had to be put to sleep. The vet was clear and honest about the situation and our options, and both her and the receptionist were kind and supportive to us on a very difficult day. Puck was given the highest standard of care on his last day with us, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Wonderful care for my kitten Oji. His first month at home with me, he had terrible tummy trouble - the team of vets were so attentive answering my many worried calls, keeping a check on him to see how he was doing and going above and beyond with recommendations to try and get the to cause of it.

He also had his neutering procedure with them when he was of age - they could tell I was very stressed and worried about leaving him for the first time and really took the time to reassure me and keep me updated, and said how entertaining he had been to them all once he’d woken up.

As a first time cat owner I couldn’t recommend them enough. They’re more than happy to answer any question no matter how big or small and you can tell that they really really care about your pet.

My good friend and housemate had been there with her cat before I got Oji, and I went with her for a routine check up/nail trimming and I was impressed with the level of care and ultimately ended up going there myself. Couldn’t recommend them enough for how helpful and kind they all are.

I was reassured and given the time to asked questions when booking the procedure. Kept updated on the day and well informed of what to expect during the recovery process of my dog. The whole experience was seamless. Excellent service.

The team here are amazing, they have always treated my cat and I with such compassion and care. They also do not try to upsell or over -charge, and made filing insurance claims very easy.

I have been using this vet practice for 3,5 years now and never once had a problem. Even during the height of the pandemic they did their best to accommodate my pets needs and provide great care. They are always ready to give advice whether in person or over the phone no matter what I'm enquiring about regarding my pets.

The team here are amazing! Zoe is an amazing vet and always spends a great deal of time trying to get to the bottom of a problem. Jackie an Gemma are also incredible, always going that extra mile to help and answer my endless questions. My dog was recently referred to a neurologist after having mini seizures which was really scary and upsetting, but the team gave me so much advice and support which I really needed and appreciated! The whole team genuinely care and I would be completely lost without them. They treat by dog as I do, as a family member. Nothing is ever rushed and they give her so much attention she loves going to the vets!

I have a Russian dwarf hamster and I struggled to find a vet to help with a health issue no problem was to big or small! The staff was so polite and extremely helpful I’m so grateful for there help yesterday. Especially my daughter she was so happy that they could even just take a look. Best vets I’ve used

Great customer service -- the assistant is helpful and nice to the customers, answers all the questions. My pet is very well looked after by the vet and gets the best possible care. The vet explains everything, answers all questions thoroughly, provides additional advice. The vet is extremely good with my pet, so much so, the my pet has no problems with coming out of their carrierbag when it's time for the exam. Overall the visits are pleasant (as they can be with a sick pet), I feel my pet gets the best possible care.

the Spanish vet was really lovely. the receptionist was great too. they were very kind to the dog (who had fleas) and the vet even took time to clip missy toe nails. over and beyond the call of duty. first class vet and always reliable, honest and hard working practice

All the vets and the receptionists are very knowledgeable and really nice people. They are amazing with my recently stray massive tom cat - manage to calm him down for treatment brilliantly and have given me lots of great advice as a new (and unexpected) cat owner. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I've been to medivet. The service was great was getting my terriers yearly vaccinations done. The vet gave my terrier a full check up and was very thorough and helpful with any questions I had. I'll most certainly be using them as my vet from now on. Thanks to all the staff for providing a great service. 👍🏼

Really friendly staff, enthusiastically greeting me and my cat and handled him so well, he loved the attention and wasn't stressed at all. Very informative with all the questions i asked them about his health.

The receptionist was brilliant. I popped in to ask if they had an antibiotic for an ailing pet fish. They didn't stock the medicine, but the receptionist got on the phone and rang round other London veterinary practices to help me out. There was no question about me not being a paying customer. She spent 15 minutes trying to help me out. Thanks very much. I would recommend your diligence and generosity.
