I had my first vet experience today after one of my Gerbils was showing unusual, lethargic behaviour and potentially an upset stomach.

The process of signing up, ringing them to confirm an appointment was easy. They were very helpful on the phone and the vet herself was a delight and re-assured me it was nothing too serious. They were very kind as I was quite embarrassed being an adult having a little panic/being upset about a gerbil but all the staff were very friendly!

I was also astonished at how cheap the consultant appointment was compared to a few local vets around (for small animals anyway!).

Highly recommend.

I want you say thank you to the staff in the practice. We said goodbye to our beloved pal today and the staff in the practice was just great. The Vet that was looking after our cat was amazing, I appreciate everything that was done for us. It is the hardest thing to say goodbye to your best friend but I know he is in better place now with no pain and suffering.

Just took my 12 week old Husky puppy for her jabs, also kennel cough jab, worming and flee treatment. A very welcoming place, staff were friendly and helpful, the vet was brilliant, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them. I also took out a plan with them.

This Vet is AMAZING! I Called this Saturday morning and asked about an issue that I just found out the night before on my dog and they squeezed me in on the spot! Helped me register her and helped my dog when I arrived!! Lovely helpful staff and just an incredible experience. Also extremely affordable which definitely helps! Can’t express how happy I am I found out about this Vet ❤❤❤❤ good vibes all around thank you thank you!!!

Vet Adriana was simply an angel with my cat, who is full of... Personality. She was calm and managed to actually examine my cat and vaccinate her with patience and care. Best vet I've been to!

Visited this veterinary place only once with the dog of my than sick friend.

I rang the vets for advice after finding that due to her small size I could not get regular flea treatment for her. The receptionist was great checking they had something suitable and offered an appointment next day for a new kitten check. I took my kitten for the health check and found the vet helpful and informative willing to answer my questions. Quick treatment and vaccination and in no time we were free to leave.

Very efficient service and nice staff. It’s pretty easy to schedule an appointment without much waiting time. The staff always offer recommendations for the more affordable option and we’ve always had a good experience during our visits. Friendly and approachable vets.

Great medical professionals. they do get busy and I've heard irate customers on the phone each time i've been 'Why can't you see me today!' type calls.
But they do have a 24/7 hospital in Wimbledon (that I've taken my cats to before) if things are dire. Well worth the Uber cost.
But inside, they're quick, friendly and efficient. I'd like to move house and staying near a Goddard branch is a factor in my location choice.

This is the best vet practice in the UK - they are very friendly, professional and so caring of the animals. They are not too pricey and the staff are second to none. They cared for my cat (and me!) like we were royalty on our recent visit. I feel totally at ease leaving him in their care. Thank you Anna, Sylvia, Lydia and Louise!

The staff were really kind and friendly when I brought my cat to them. The vet explained the best course of treatment which put my mind at ease. So grateful. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them and I will return to them for my cats treatment.

The vets here did an amazing job with our French Bulldog Gizmo whilst we lived in London. I am sad we will lose them from moving away. We never had to wait for appointments, they were always so professional and helpful. Over the lockdown period we were able to have virtual appointments and any face to face they followed the guidelines and made me feel very safe.
Gizmo fractured her elbow in two places and needed surgery at 5 months old. She was so well looked after by the Kennington and Wimbledon surgery. The surgeon Tom was very clear on the risks and after care needed. She is now a year on and you would never know she has a plate and screw in her arm. Our insurance claim was dealt with promptly. I cannot complain about them at all.
Great vets. Sad to be leaving them.

Goddards vets are great. They take such good care of Milo; Anna is wonderful. I have their monthly pet plan which makes sure he gets all his jabs and whatnot; I think it is excellent value for money. They respond quickly, and have always been very pleasant to deal with.

We took our new Kitten to the vet for his first check up. They were extremely friendly and the vet we saw - Anna - really took the time to answer all our questions / queries thoroughly and even made recommendations on all things food, health, medicine related that we needed to know. Really great staff and service.

Sylvia is a wonderful vet! Very caring and sensitive with my cat. The surgery is very busy but always tries to be flexible for patients and when taking to other owners they always speak very highly of the practice.

Also the reception staff are wonderful!

Amazing service. They answer quickly and will always be helpful and respectful. The vets I've had so far have given me great advice and has made my cats feel so much better when they're sick. They sort out all issues with your insurance asap and overall great service.
