We managed to get an emergency appointment on the day even though we weren't registered, and there was no delay in seeing us. We were very happy with the thoroughness of the examination and treatment, the clarity of the explanation from the vet, the medicine and other items provided to continue the treatment at home, and the caring attitude shown by the vet and reception staff.

Very smooth, professional process. The vet, Jonathan, was very polite, relaxed and informative on our cats first visit.

He answered all of our silly questions and even let us practice clipping her nails.

Would highly recommend this branch!

The team really seems to take the time and care about your pet's problems. Super friendly. They take all previous incidents into consideration and it feels like they look at every animal individually and not try to deal with an issue as quickly as possible like some other vets.

The staff at Medivet Stoke Newington were incredibly friendly, thorough and caring from start to finish! I managed to get my dog registered and an appointment on the same day. Everything was made so clear from the beginning and they took me seriously. When offering medication everything was explained and offered as an option - unlike previous vets who just send you home with loads of meds without explanation. The vet took notice and interest in one of my dogs symptoms that had previously been passed off as nothing to worry about, which turned out to be very serious, and my dog has gotten all the correct care incredibly quickly and easily. My dog, Peanut, has bad separation anxiety but the staff took such good care of her, she didn’t fret too much when having to be left and they were extremely gentle and caring. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough and even though Peanuts treatment is still ongoing I know she couldn’t be in better hands.

First time visiting here (usually I go to the Finsbury Park one). Was way easier to get an appointment and the nurses and vet were all extremely friendly.

My regular vet practice had no appointments and suggested I call around in the area which is how I happened to take my cat to the Stoke Newington branch. Fortunately they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Both the nurse and the vet were kind and helpful from start to finish. Joana, the vet listened to my concerns, asked lots of questions to get a clearer picture of what might be going on and did a thorough check up. I She was professional, respectful and overall provided great care and advice.

The vet was attentive thorough and explained everything we needed to do. She also gave us options which helped with our decision making.

Moved to Zasman over a year ago and im so glad I did. My cat has been treated so well every time, each check up is thorough and always with follow up appointments to keep an eye on him when something was wrong. All the staff are lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease when my cat was poorly. Going to the vets used to be stressful for both the cat and myself but I think both of us feel a lot more at ease now we are with Zasman!

This morning was my first visit with Kenny Cat to this practice. Kenny is an indoor cat (after being adopted off the streets) and had not visited with a vet since he was neutered and chipped two years ago so we were very anxious. He was absolutely fine. The staff were amazing. The nurse (?) on reception (I have forgotten her name - a lovely Aussie) was really friendly and chatty and put us at ease and the vet was just wonderful with him - he was quite chilled really - even having his bum probed and squeezed, which can't be that much fun for a cat. He needs to go back for some dental work and I feel at ease knowing that the staff there are so caring and genuine and will treat him well. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my dog Huey Lewis to Zasman Vets for 4 and half years and have only praise for the practice. All of the staff are super helpful, kind, professional and understanding.
Huey Lewis is a very nervous dog and I am very worried owner and they always ensure that we both leave reassured and with complete understanding of any diagnosis.
Where they can, the team will always try and squeeze in Huey for an appointment should there be availability, even if for a few minutes which I really appreciate.
Everyone really treats Huey Lewis so wonderfully and I feel that he is in safe hands with them. Thank you :)

This is the number one place we go to whenever we have any concerns for our dog. We're registered to other vet clinics but this is the only place where I feel like they genuinely care for our dog. He's been a few times and each time, the team come together and do their best to make sure he's comfortable and that you're well informed of what's happening. I have no doubt that the team at Zasman Vets care about my pet just the same as I do. I'd highly recommend Zasman Vets for a team who truly want what's best for your pet in time of need.

I would like to highly recommend Zasman Vets, Stoke Newington. Every time i visit, i have experienced excellent customer service at the front desk and all the staff are very friendly and nice to chat to while waiting. Saying that i have never had to wait too long to be seen. The staff, nurses and vets are very professional and have always provided myself and my cat with the best advice and support. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

I have been taking my two dogs Stanley and Cyril to Zasman very for the past 3years. Mainly for their annual check-ups but in the past month we had an issue with Cyril. The team were super responsive, professional and explained everything clearly. Cyril is now happy and healthy and I can't thank the team enough.

Girls on reception are fantastic and always happy to help and always give me a wave when we all walk past!

Lovely VET. Always give you quick help in an emergency. Depends of course which VET you will get, depending on their rota. But so far we’ve had three visits and were always happy. Great price transparency too.

Our much loved 3yr old cat very suddenly fell ill two days ago and we could not recommend Zasman Vet more highly. They are wonderful vets who truly care about the individual animals, dealt with us with gentle honesty and detail about his condition with great kindness and kept us regularly updated.
