Excellent service provided by very friendly, well-experienced staff! Definitely recommend. I had no prior knowledge of this place as my sister and I walked in impulsively. We surprisingly got appointments for the next day and we were not disappointed at all. We had manicures done while my sister had a few other treatments too. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit! I had a great experience having a file & polish done here. The beautician was attentive and made sure I was happy with the shape of my nails and the colour and I’m really pleased with the quality. I was also offered a refreshment whilst my nails were drying as well which was nice and unexpected. I look forward to coming back here next time I’m in the area.

Just passed by this place on the day I flew in from NYC. Receptionist was friendly and helpful and she set me up immediately for a 60’ Thai massage for my achy knees. A wonderful woman named Si worked on the lower half of my body and absolutely transformed me. She listened to my issues and suggested some hot stones too to ease the tight tension in my muscles. She was warm, professional and really knew what she was doing. I am just sorry that I don’t live here! I highly recommend Si to any tired tourist who needs to be rejuvenated. Thank you

Orchard Beauty is close to home so I thought I would try it out. The salon staff are friendly and helpful. The massage rooms have a lovely ambience with soft lighting and gentle spa music.

Thus far, I have had 3 Thai massages with Pat. She is incredible, I have a lot of knots and Pat uses strong firm hands, elbows and knees to work them out. Amazing!

This salon happens to be close to my hotel. The staff is attentive, considerate, friendly and helpful. My eyebrows were beautifully and painlessly done. The massage by a Vietnamese lady was perfect. It is not the most luxurious place in London, but then the prices are very reasonable and the care taken of each client could not be better. The place is clean, and the therapists real professional. Who could ask for more ?

I highly recommend Jasmine. I went to her for a massage after fracturing two ribs. She knew exactly what to do and since the massage I have had no pain in the injury and the ribs have healed remarkably!!

I love it here, been coming for almost two years. Never had an issue with moving appointments or adding / cancelling treatments at the last minute. Staff all super friendly, always do a great job with waxing (never ever had any skin irritation afterwards). I also get my nails done here (gel and manicure) and always feel like I get such good value for money. Highly recommend Razia for waxing too. Chatty and personable!

I booked a 1 hour appointment for some pains I've been having recently due to an accident. The service from when I enter was very welcoming, and felt very relaxed. I mentioned the pains and restrictions I have due to the current cold weather change, and the masseuse recommended the best type of massage for me. The setup downstairs was tradtional, the room was clean and comfortable. The hour went by quickly and I felt a lot better, I spoke with the receptionist afterwards, and booked another appointment. Price was good, especially for the location, and plenty of parking available in the evening. Definately recommended.

I was in the area for one night and called this salon just in case they could fit me in. They said I could have a manicure in half an hour. The salon is clean and the staff are lovely. It’s not a luxury place but that is reflected in the reasonable prices. The manicure was one of the best I have had. Looked beautiful, the therapist was gentle and quick and the hand massage was super.
