Medivet Clerkenwell

My puppy has been with Medivet Clerkenwell since he came home 9 weeks ago and has met every vet (& probably most team members) by now. The team are compassionate and understanding of my needs and my pup’s, often going above & beyond. Visits are always on time and efficient. Never met a puppy who loves going to the vet before... but mine does. Thanks, Medivet Clerkenwell team!

So grateful to Medivet Clerkenwell for helping me with my gorgeous kitty Elena. She was waking us every night around 3am trying to go outside. The Medivet team took great care of my 2 kittens when they came in to be spayed. Communicated clearly on the procedure and after care and provided helpful tips. Reception is also very friendly and helpful. I wanted a specific type of cat food and they were more than happy to look for it and order it. Thanks team!

Lovely vets, got an emergency appointment, vet gave us good advice, and showed so much love and kindness to our dog.

This practice gives great service no matter how big or small your pet may be. They have, over the years, been both kind and understanding along with excellent professional care. They were very prompt when our wee rattie became unwell at the end of her long life and showed huge understanding towards my daughter who was heartbroken.

I had a nightmare with my pet conure, and could find no exotic bird vets. Although there wasn’t a specialist, the team at medivet still booked me for an appointment and gave me so much advice which no other vet would. I ended up contacting VPIS which was what I needed to do. I’m so thankful for my interaction, they really do have your pets best interests at heart and I would recommend this vet to everyone. Tana has been great with my Guinea Pig, every time I’ve had to take her to see her, she has been so helpful and caring. I feel like she has always been super honest, with plenty of guidance and support. I feel confident that my pets are in good and knowledgeable hands.

I took my Pomeranian puppy here for an emergency appointment they was able to see him within the hour. He had two broken legs I can’t honestly thank the team enough to how supportive they was and the level of urgency they had for Enzo. The whole team are amazing and you can see how much they love and care for animals.

The team at Clerkenwell were amazing. They took such good care of Chambers and I felt reassured with his treatment.

A fantastic vet in central London. Appointments are always easy to book and the vets are really knowledgeable. They give you different options and I think are quite practical in the guidance for what is best for you and your pet. All the staff is friendly and my dog is actually excited to visit. We recently had quite a big medical issue with our large dog and I really appreciate the care and information the vets here gave us. Would recommend.

Friendly staff, they were all super kind to our dog. She was extra happy because she got many cuddles.

From the moment I called to register, everyone who answered the phone was professional, helpful and friendly. The lady who greeted us at the door, the man who took the payment and the vet herself were all incredibly helpful and made me feel much more at ease as a first time dog owner with a new puppy. I understood the information provided and felt like my puppy was in good hands. I would recommend Clerkenwell Medivet to anyone with a puppy nearby!

So lucky to have Medivet Clerkenwell as our pet’s vet. They are so caring, professional, prompt and they have a great system in dealing with pet emergencies during a pandemic. They also organised the claim to our pet insurance directly and we were reimbursed within 2 weeks. Would highly recommend to all pet owners in the area - and beyond! Thank you to all the staff!!

The staff were very friendly and attentive and I couldn't have asked for anything more. My puppy also seemed very relaxed and happy at being handed over so could sense he was in safe hands! Thank you to Tatiana, Bobbie and Dr Susanna. It is highly appreciated.

Our cat was showing signs of discomfort, for no apparent reason. Since we moved to the area recently, we didn't have a vet in place so we called the nearest: Clerkenwell Animal Hospital. They managed to fit us in the same day (Sunday!) and we booked her in for the next day. They also arranged for our cat's medical records to be transferred from the previous vet.

It was a really nice vet office, with lots of different food and toys - which shows how much they care. They also provided nutrition advice because our cat needs to lose a few grams around her belly. The dental procedure the cat had went smooth, and they notified us on how she did and what they found. Lots of attention and care of animals is very evident in this vet and it has a nice feel. Parking is a tad tricky, but just ask reception and they will give you the solution. Sometimes the security people (nothing to do with the vet) are a bit funny, but they will let you in through the first barrier when you push the call button and announce you are there for the vet.

Overall, my cat is doing so much better, and she's back to her happy self.
