Problem with my remote car fob and quoted silly money by dealership and company in Edinburgh. Quick email to Matt-Locks, short drive to Jedburgh and sorted in 15 minutes for £5. Highly recommended.

My front door lock stopped working and needed it fixed, after calling the engineer arrived within 1hr and fixed a new lock plus adjusted the door hang as it had slipped.
This was the third time I have used this firm and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Would highly recommend. Prompt service, very polite and helpful. I needed a remote key cut and programmed to my car as my only remote key fob was no longer working. Having enquired at a Ford garage I was quoted £197 to get my key re-programmed to my car and an extra £215 on top of that if I wanted another remote key cut and programmed to my car. I called Chris at Mattlocks and he gave me a prompt appointment and had another remote key cut and programmed to my car within half an hour at a quarter of the price! It works perfectly and I can now access my boot and the central locking. Am so relieved. Chris also said not to hesitate to contact them if there were any problems. Great customer service. Thank you.

Fantastic service. Quick response, got us into our house with a very complicated scenario in terms of how we were locked out and charged us a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service absolutely delighted, called them at 01.00 and lock fixed by 02.00. Polite informative and great price. Came back next day at the time stated and repaired other door and I cannot thank them enough.
