I know it's fashionable to write bad reviews of our GP practices, but I have nothing but good words to say about this practice. Of course it depends who you get but the gentleman I've been seeing the last few times has been absolutely exceptional and I'm very grateful for the care. And the practise itself is easily accessible, it's in a good location and yes you have to wait on the line to get an appointment but you do get an appointment or you get a phone call back which can be really useful as well and often sufficient for many things. So I,  for one, I'm very very grateful to everyone at the practise for the care. Thank you.

I registered with this GP purely because it was closest to me but I've had a great experience since. I have contacted them about two separate issues I had and both were dealt with clearly and urgently, I felt like all the doctors and staff had my best interest at heart and very very kind and helpful. I'm always contacted very quickly for my appointments and it's easy to contact them too. I've had bad experiences with doctors and health related things before so avoid contacting them, but Newton Medical Centre has been very helpful on every occasion.

Great GP, always able to get an appointment whether for myself, my wife or my daughter. Always very helpful. Best GP I have come across.

Personally I have never had form of ill treatment nor disrespect from the staff on reception. I have always found them extremely helpful and courteous
As for the Doctors and nurses...I would rate them all highly.
They demonstrate compassion and empathy and they do not hesitate in referring you on to other services .
I intend to remain with this practice till day I transition from this universe

My wife and I have taken our baby boy here a few times and had 3 different doctors. All very good and caring. The stand out was Dr Yayaha he has tremendous care.

I’ve been a patient at this practice for more than a year and never had any major issues or complains. Almost every time I called or reached out I managed to get the same or the next day appointment.

During my last visit I saw Dr Boggis. Doctor was really attentive and sensible about my issues.

It is so refreshing to finally have a doctor who actually listens, who is not taking the easiest solution and instead checks for possible underlying causes, who actually cares and shows empathy. Dr Tian Jiang deserves all praise! But the whole practice is equally matching those standards. I am so happy to choose this medical center from all in this area. Never had any issues. Yes, the NHS is overstretched, sometimes they are extremely busy, but nearly always I can hear from my doctor the same or next day. If I could I'd give more stars than just 5!

Spent two years with the practice and have only good things to say about them. It happened to be 2 years, where I actually found myself in need of hospital care, and I was very quickly referred by a GP. Whenever I've had appointments (always with a different GP), I've always been treated with care and attention. Nurses have also been very attentive and professional for tests and screenings. Whatever my concerns have been (and they have included sports injuries and conditions in need of further treatment/assessment), I felt looked after and in good hands in this practice. I very much recommend it. I cannot comment on a specific practitioner as my appointments were almost always with a different GP, but they all were really good. I have rarely had to deal with reception staff as everything can be booked online and I always registered at the screen upon entry. The few instances I had to interact with them, they were helpful.

A great place to be a patient. The staff are very professional and help wherever they can. Getting an appointment is easy with the Doctors. You don’t wait too long for the nurse and blood tests. I really recommend this Surgery.

I was Alison's patient and she genuinely listened to my concerns about my mental and physical health. She then directed me to the necessary treatments that other doctors at various hospitals and clinics I've been to before have failed to do. I felt heard and healed after seeing her and will miss living so close to such an attentive GP.

The best GP surgery - the NHS is understandably overwhelmed and overworked however Newton are efficient, quick and genuinely want to help their patients. I don’t ever have to worry that something won’t be done efficiently or done at all. The doctors and the receptionists are all great!

I always find the receptionists very nice and helpful. It used to be hard to get an appointment but now that everything's mostly on the phone it's better. The doctors and nurse there are very professional, understanding and efficient. 0 complaints.

Thank you to the GP’s for their care and compassion. I have felt so well looked after, I have needed quite a lot of support from the surgery throughout my pregnancy so far and every doctor I have spoken to has been kind, caring and thorough. Feel very lucky to have such a good surgery. I have always received a call the same day or next day following an online request and the doctors follow me up without me needing to ask. I couldn’t ask for better care. I have spoken most with Dr Lambotharan, she is a fantastic GP but I have also received care from two other GPs (apologies I don’t know names!) and Dr Yahaya who were also fantastic. Don’t have a bad word to say. Many thanks for your care.

Amazing customer service, especially from olima she really went above and beyond to help my blind brother about some medications. I also had to ask for my depressed sister who had a hard time speaking since she has a lisp. But olima was extremely calming and was able to communicate with her, i really wanna thank her and her hardwork. Keep up the good work. :)

We had a scare with our 3 month old baby who seemed to have a huge skin flare up/allergic reaction. So we called Newton Medical and was told we could come in immediately, and was seen by Dr. Hijazi. She was so calm and knowledgeable and helped our baby with reassuring diagnosis and medication. She also followed up the next day via phone and booked us in for another check-up, which we really appreciated. Amazing doctor and clinic.

I have never had a negative experience here. It’s by far the most organised, efficient, and thorough practice I’ve been to. The drop-in clinic in the morning is brilliant. The doctors are thorough, attentive, perceptive, and kind. The extra services (nurses, phlebotomists, counsellor, receptionists,etc) have all been absolutely wonderful. Due to my complex medical history/ongoing problems, I have spent a lot of time in the surgery, and can wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you so much to the Newton team!

I would just like to say what excellent treatment I received from this surgery since I have been registered. The nurses especially are always very professional, friendly all the time.

The GPs and the staff here are very kind, attentive, and professional. I have always found them to be very helpful and caring. The center is very clean, has ample sitting space, and is very organized.

I am proud to be a patient. Dr Gordon is an excellent doctor, they ensure you see your doctor if he is there. The support staff are always pleasant and helpful. I cannot comprehend someone giving a good review and only TWO stars..........
