Amazing shop! Known the shop for years but new manager Charlie is amazing, so helpful when I had a house full of big old furniture worked around my difficult schedule. Also been able to furnish my spare room on a budget with great stuff, next my living room ! 😅

Great Store, Beautiful items, you can really tell this store takes pride in the stock and layout.

I Visited the store on July 27th I was impressed by the quality quantity and variety of the items available.The layout of the store is good and the products are well presented.

Staff member Charlie was absolutely fantastic and genuinely happy to assist me. He helped me choose some items which look fantastic in my home.
Delivery was fast and arranged for July 28th(the next day)
All went smoothly.
I will shop here again

Good selection of secondhand furniture. It's quite a large store and stock is constantly rotating, so it does pay to go often if there is something you are looking for. Staff are great too - Sharon and Kingsley were really friendly and helpful.

I visited This morning n I was struggling with the problem of my stuff to reach to first floor....
I would appreciate the manager there..... he was super lovely person who actually tried a lot to solve my issue.... n did as well..... I forgot to ask his name..... but lots of love to that guy.... people like him make the customer more happy and comfortable to reach them.... thanks a lot.....

A great shop for a great cause. Hopefully re opening in the very near future. The staff are helpful and friendly. Don't be put off by "Second hand goods"! The furniture they sell is almost new (barely used) in good condition. If that doesn't take your fancy they also sell new items of there own, which are fabulous too.
Well worth a visit.. also sold at the BHF are electical items ( all checked)
mirrors,pictures,lighting,cushions
,ornaments. Need i say more!

It was a wet and rainy day when I first went in to the Wandsworth Branch of the British Heart Foundation. But, the Staff members were so cheery and helpful. There were a lot of items on the floor but I could find a 5 pound extendable wooden table and 4 chairs for 10 pounds each! Lea, a great volunteer, said that they would hold for three days and if I brought my husband in and he didn't like what i bought, I could turn the 45 pounds into credit.

I brought him in on as cold and rainy of a day, he approved and we found some other pieces as well and they delivered for only 26 pounds and on the day that we chose (it has to be within three days of purchase). The checkout ladies were not pushy at all.

The delivery guys were efficient and quick even though they were working late (deliveries are between 1:00 to 9:00Pm.

The entire experience was positive; we'll be back—probably on another wet and rainy day!

Great shop to find good quality furniture and a great price. I ended up getting a beautiful dresser a chest of draws and a filling cabinet for £55 Total! All in perfect working order :0) The staff we're amazing the delivery was super quick and you get to give a little something to an amazing cause. If your like me and every penny count's but a bargain doesn't mean cheap and nasty this is the place for you.

Picked up a nice leather sofa for under £100! Staff were v friendly and delivery men helped us get the sofa in the right place

Good quality second hand items. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bought an armchair and Christie kindly helped to get it to fit in the car. Overall great experience!

Seriously cheap and great selection, staff are helpful, but be patient being served due to a large workload - there's always stuff heading in and out. Saw a couch for £20 on clearance, and found some ikea racks to match ours at home for only £15!

Great place to have both second hand and brand new furniture. Staff is extremely friendly. You can also find pianos time to time. They offer home delivery as well.
