Highly recommend attending a bread making class by Amelia. She was excellent and so well organized. She was very clear in her explanations of sourdough and she answered all of the participants questions in a descriptive, yet understandable manner. Also, her breads and goods for purchase are the best I have ever eaten, so be sure to try them out!

Amelia's sourdough making course was fantastic. We learnt so much and came home with three different types of sourdough loaves, focaccia and seeded crackers, all of which were delicious. We also were given our own sourdough starter. The lunch was delicious.

Not only does Amelia make the most amazing breads, she delivers an informative, fun and best of all realistic course which empowers you to make your own breads at home. A day well spent on the Introduction to Sourdough course, but also a skill which I have actually used at home too.

It was a brilliant course, very well planned and executed. We made several types of bread and enjoyed the tomato and onion focaccia for our lunch which was included. I came home with all the bread I made plus some sourdough ‘starter’ .
Very impressed with everything and thoroughly recommend booking this course.

Extremely well prepared, smoothly running class with the right amount of new knowledge for both beginners and advanced bakers. We managed to squeeze in 4 different yeast-based goodies in 4 hours, no small great and its thanks to Amelia’s amazing organization skills. Highly recommend it.

I have taken part in 2 excellent bread making courses and have thoroughly enjoyed them. They were very informative and hands-on and we all took home bags of delicious baked goodies. As part of the course, we enjoyed a delicious lunch together. I have already booked onto my next course, Easter Baking.

The three breads I’ve tried of Amelia’s so far are absolutely delicious! The raisin and cinnamon loaf has that perfect airy texture inside and the tomato and onion focaccia is soft and oh so tasty.

Inspired by her outstanding focaccia and amazing raisin/cinnamon breads, I took a course and found that her teaching is as good as her baking skills, I now can make a really good focaccia that I am happy to share with others.

Thank you SO much for your wonderful Christmas baking class. What a great experience- so many tips & I truly loved it.

Amelia is such a warm and super talented, knowledgeable lady. Lovely to receive a welcome cuppa & a mug of mulled wine (just to get into the Christmas spirit!) & a few nibbles later.
I really enjoyed learning how to make exciting Christmas treats.
My family and friends were thrilled with the delicious biscotti & lebruken. My husband said the mince pies were the best he’s ever tasted!
I can thoroughly recommend taking a class with Amelia and I can’t wait to attend a bread class next!

Amelia provided us with a really great experience by introducing us to sourdough breadmaking. Equipment was all provided with clear spoken and written instructions as well as a wonderful lunch. We came home with a variety of loaves and Foccacia and amazing seeded sourdough crackers and we’re also given a pot of starter so we could put into practice all that we had learned. I would highly recommend this course.

I attended one of Amelia's Christmas baking classes and what a fantastic day it was. Amelia prepared all the ingredients for us and we then had the task of putting them together and creating our bakes under her calm, clear and expert guidance. We baked 4 different recipes and took home a wonderful array of treats. Amelia has inspired me to start baking at home again and the family love it! Thanks Amelia and I'd love to come back with my son one day.

I attended a Christmas baking class with my mum and friend and it was so so lovely! The class was festive and lots of fun while also being informative. I will definitely be booking another class this Christmas and would like to try Amelia's bread making class in the meantime as her bread is delicious! I would highly recommend!

Amelia's breadmaking course is excellent, informative and presented in a clear and friendly manner.
I now regularly bake bread at home, apart from when I buy Amelia's own delicious homemade loaves.

Excellent sourdough making class with Amelia. From start to finish I learned so much. Every question that was asked she answered. The fact we got to make so much bread was brilliant. I will be booking to join in on another class.
