Townhill Medical Practice

The nurse was extremely professional, took time to listen, and took care of my daughter during her first blood test. My daughter is needle-phobic; unfortunately, she collapsed following the blood test. But the team acted promptly and took good care of my daughter. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the entire team who responded immediately-nursing team, doctor and the reception team. They were all kind and patient. I thank you all once again.

Appt times can be a challenge, but that is to be expected. The care and dedication of all the GPs towards myself and my family has been exemplary.

Staff on the phone always listen carefully, ensure they take notes of your problem to let the doctor know, are kind, helpful and courteous. You receive a phone call from the doctor, or an appt, or both, that day. Excellent, helpful.

I am really happy with all the care I have received through this surgery. The doctors and support staff couldn't be more helpful and supporting with their time advice and skills. Yolanda provided exemplary service and was such a memorable and friendly nurse. I am surprised the rating is low on Google. But people often only review when there is something they aren't happy about. I would like the thank the whole practice for their hard work and commitment through the pandemic. I am grateful to have this fab resource on my doorstep. Well done team!

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was very kind I had no appointment but was seen by doctor who was very thorough Dr.Chandry was very professional and kind.

Townhill is by far the best surgery I've been a patient at, it's my 6th.
Every GP I've seen has taken time to listen and has been extremely thorough whilst showing care and understanding.
The receptionists and nurses all through the years I've attended, have always been helpful and friendly and extremely professional.
The pressures on the health system just keeps on increasing, but Townhill has always managed to maintain a high standard of care.

I have been a patient of this practice since moving to Caterham a few years ago. I have seen various GPs during that time, some OK some not, when it comes to a fabulous GP Dr Vohra is the one. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and listens carefully. Also, had a good experience at the minor ops clinic recently, I was given a very detailed.explanation of the procedure and guided through until the end. Also, the Reception Team are really helpful.

Yet again an excellent service from the receptionist at Townhill Medical. Rang at 8am and was given an appointment for 8.30am. Polite and very understanding

I have complained about townhill in the past due to appointments etc but after today i take back every single word my son would probaly not be here today if it wasant for the doctors nurses and receptionist acting quickly when i rushed in the sugery after my son 8 month old son took badly to a reaction he was like a ballon they were all on him in seconds and dispite im not even a patient there anymore they done everything to see to him and i thank you all so much they acted quicker then the ambulance that arrived 20 miniutes late and by the time they got to the sugery townhill team had done it all my sons is my world and i cant thank you enough for your hard work and dedication to save my sons life today and i will never forget that thank you all so much again
