Very organised shop with friendly staff and has everything you need. Only place I was able to get medication from with a variety of medicines. Would really recommend it

Came here after being recommended by my friend last year , haven’t stopped coming since. Since the new manager had started working , they have improved a lot! Everything is organised and so many new products especially American sweets. One day my phone ran out of charge and she let me charge it so I can use Apple Pay, amazing commitment to customer service!

Loved my shopping experience at this shop. I went to a few shops before to buy a particular chocolate my daughter wanted. None of them had it. I was so relieved when I found it at this shop. Not only that, they also had a range of other products I intended to buy. The staff were extremely helpful and made my shopping quicker. I was very happy with the service!

It's a lovely shop and the staff are so friendly and always make me feel welcome. Good service and good savings. During the pandemic I’ve been able to do most of my shopping here, keep it up guys!

Charge to use cards but it's ok and has all the basics

The man that works here tried to rip me off when it came to ice. I went in and said how much is your ice he said £2.50 I then saw a sign that said £1.89. He tried to tell me that was a different ice which was just a lie. I then went to pay £7.50 for 3 bags of ice. He then said to me oh we have some more of the £1.89 ice at the back of shop. Then said sorry to late your payment when threw. What a horrible character they have working there. Will never shop there again and will tell people to avoid

Would give zero * if that was possible, i have caught them twice now where they try and sell expired products. Last time it was a drink and this time was a pack of tomatoes. Even after asking the guy "do you have anymore because the ones you have had expired" there is no care to remove it immediately, almost like he wants someone to buy it just to get rid of his old stock. Everything is over priced as well. you can get twice as many things if you go to tescos next door. I try my best to avoid going to this shop but had no choice on a sunday evening.

Had an email saying my parcel was ready for collection. Nisa local. Caterham store.
On arrival the gentlemen behind the counter was on the phone talking to someone. In another language. No problem with that but did not pay any attention to me.
I approached him and said I was awaiting a parcel and he abruptly said show me the email confirmation.
I showed him and said it had been signed for by one of there team. He said It doesn’t have a barcode so he couldn’t be bothered to look through all parcels. I said there was no barcode and gave him the name of who signed for it.
He said oh that was me.
I asked him to get my parcel. He was still on the phone. So I asked him to put the phone down as that’s poor customer service and very rude.
I gave him my id and he snatched it out my hand and made it difficult.
He was very rude and abrupt. Showing no care towards customers.
He then told me to f*** off out my shop. I asked for his name and he signed my parcel.
His name is DASS. Very rude how he dealt with me and I am shocked how he responded.
People like this man should not be in customer based jobs if they can not deal with people in the correct manor.

I know nisa local Caterham are used for many delivery options for collection. I hope here on people do not use here service as would not like anyone else spoke to the way they was.

Now.. imagine you're in an episode of Dale's Supermarket Sweep.. but you find yourself in a shop that you're not even sure Dale would buy his toilet rolls in.. you charge round the shop, grab some cheap alternatives to everyday products, and then, upon arrival at the till, you're asked by a rather rude individual, when they manage to pull themself away from their phone call for a brief period of time, if you want anything else in an abrupt manner, heavens forbid you might ACTUALLY want something else.. the employee might take exception to this and be incredibly insulted that they might have to actually do their job!? Well that experience would be better than the one you'll get here.. do yourself a favour and walk the extra 2 minutes to Tesco's.

Rude staff

Went with a friend. He tried to by some sweets (without packet) for under 5 pounds
With his card but the shopkeeper said he couldn't pay with card for anything under 5 pounds. He then told him to put the sweets back which is a health violation

Do not try an take Amazon returns here, despite being listed as an Amazon Counter, the shop owner simply won't entertain the idea at all.

Filthy, smelly shop with indifferent owner. He made a mistake when topping up my Oyster bus card as he was half serving me, half chatting on his mobile.
