Tesco Superstore

I've been shopping at Caterham Tesco and had home deliveries for a very long time. The staff and delivery drivers have always been polite, helpful and cheerful. Thank you.

I want to thank Tesco for sending a member of staff to my address with my prescription tablets which I had dropped in the car park. Unfortunately I wasn’t there to thank them personally I have tried to call but couldn’t get through. Whoever organised that thank you so much incredibly kind.

Great little superstore, everything you'd need but not a huge range. Good prices and friendly staff. Toilets clean

I have lived here and visited this store every week for the last 15 years and all staff are really nice and helpful which makes my weekly shop happy, thank you😊

Not sure I'd call it a Superstore, but still, very handy Tescos, stocks most of what you'll need and its not that far from the Purley superstore if you're doing a bigger shop, I also think its why it's not so busy a lot of the time. Masses of parking for the Size of the place, staff are very helpful, its normally clean and love that its open till late, I like to pop in at night as pretty much always empty.

Had the odd hiccup, but all in all good experience each time shopping at this branch.

I have to say that without a doubt the staff at Caterham store are wonderful. I am on a mobility scooter and the help that I get from everyone is marvelous. Today the lovely lady on checkout packed up all my shopping in my bags and put them on my scooter for me. Tescos are very lucky to have such good, kind staff.

A good range of products all on one floor with ample parking, making life easier for everyone especially individuals with disabilities or limited mobility.

Great store, very large in size with a very good variety of different products and services. The store is located near a main road and has parking available for its shoppers. The staff are very friendly and helpful and are very approachable if and when you do need help. The shop is well laid out and seems to be accessable for disabled shoppers aswell. Products are clearly marked and there are always special offers and promotions going on. A good alround supermarket for all family shopping needs.

As also with other stores I wish they did not keep moving basic products. Using the season change excuse is inadequate .

Caterham on the Hill Tesco I cannot give you a high enough rating. I just came up and was offered a free bottle of water in this heat for the queue. During lockdown the same lovely man and security guard have asked how I am every time I enter and leave the store and made me feel very valued. I hope you guys read this because your customer service is utterly outstanding. Thank you so much for making lockdown bearable for me and my family.

Lawrence from Tesco in Caterham stands out from his other colleagues and Managers. He has excellent customer service and a genuine understanding of the customers needs. He always helps me with all my inquires in a professional, friendly and caring manner. During his break he helped to carry everything home as I have a slipped disc. His positive and proactive attitude stands out from the rest. 5 star service all the way.

Given everything going on at the moment with covid 19, all the staff in store have been amazing. It feels well organised, everyone on the shop floor are very welcome and helpful. They all have earned a bonus! 👍

Love my local Tesco. Not too big or too small. Always plenty in stock and good layout. Friendly staff, ideal opening hours and plenty of car parking spaces.

Loads of parking. Far less hectic than Purley in terms of parking and business. Friendly helpful staff. Their staff are always available if you need them at self service.

Huge thank you to the staff at Caterham Tesco especially to Dianne who helped my mum who suffers from Alzheimers, by recognising her from our usual shop on a tuesday, that she was on her own on a Friday evening and more confused than normal. Thankfully with the help from Kim arranged for her to get home safely. One day we might ourselves suffer with Dementia and hopefully we will have a friendly helping hand as mum received from the Team at Caterham.

Made a nice change from the huge extra store and enough stuff to make an easy shop with no queues when I went.

This is a very well run shop, staff are very helpful they help you find everything you want expecially one lady called Sylvia very nice and patient with customers.

A small large store, or a large mid-size? Either way, a very good one. Good selection, well-staffed and my go-to store for a larger shop.

Best Tescos ever. Lovely wide aisles, plenty of stock of everything and quick checkouts. Always get a parking space.
