Chaldon Road Surgery

Recently joined the doctors.
They have been amazing. The receptionists and doctors are great so far

Love this surgery. Very professional and friendly. Very nice people and they take their time to help and give you the correct diagnosis and care. Fabulous attention to detail and fantastic yet sometimes busy receptionists.

The reception ladies are always very polite and efficient. I always get an appointment for the same day without any trouble.
Every Dr that I have seen has treated me really well and taken care of whatever the illness or problem I've had. I also find the nurse Stefany very patient and caring.
All in all very good and efficient service.

Wanted to leave this because I feel like it's important for people to see and it's usually the receptionists who get a lot of stick from people when it's generally something totally out of their control.

There is a lovely man (didn't get his name) who has been at Chaldon Road for around 6 months I think.. always goes above and beyond. Always super helpful. Nothing is ever too much hassle. Have had so many positive outcomes when calling for an appointment/prescription, which is exactly what you want when you're sick right? What an absolute star! Genuinely put the phone down with a smile on my face.

Not saying the ladies aren't any good but more people like him would be amazing!

Best surgery I’ve been registered to - always happy to help, polite and despite the NHS’ current situation, always upholds a really high standard of service.

Partner’s mother also decided to switch to this surgery after having problems with another Caterham based surgery - she was stunned at the difference in efficiency and custom.

Just joined the surgery - Read mixed reviews beforehand, however I can only say positive things so far. Managed to book a same day appointment with Dr Sylvester who was very polite and helpful. Receptionists whilst busy on the phones were also polite and friendly.

We have moved to the area not long ago and have since registered with the practice.
My experience has been absolutely outstanding and exceptionally efficient with Dr Ronald Kausi. I have felt listened to and treated with respect and patience.
The reception staff have been so wonderful, proactive and understanding especially Jo & Liz. I’m very grateful and very proud to have Chaldon Rd Surgery as my GP.

Dr Crispin is amazing. Always thorough no matter how tired she may look. Expect to be a little later than appointment time but well worth waiting for. Unfortunately 1 receptionist is really very rude but all the others are lovely especially Maggie who is brilliant caring and compassionate. The nurses are lovely Steph, Wendy and Ann who has helped myself and partner daily over the last 7 months.

Great service, online services are also very efficient

I would definitely advise this practice to anyone living in this area. They are very professional in what they do. The receptionist is very kind and polite, that carries proffesionalism. You don't need to look any further.

The doctors in this surgery are amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Maisum Mirza he is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had.

Very speedy appointment given by pleasant staff. Doctor was also very polite and i felt confident in his diagnosis. In all a very impressive service. Good job guys 😁
