Runners Need Chertsey

I have had an excellent experience at runners need today. Paul who did my gait analysis was super knowledgeable and helpful. If you need to choose the right shoes, you can’t find a better place for it.

Good running store within a larger outdoor activities store. Good range of running shoes and apparel, friendly and helpful staff, two treadmills. Also you can recycle old clothing and shoes there (reduce landfill 👍)

I want to thank Harrison for all of his help today. He spent the time with me to find me new running trainers. I am an indecisive person so was there a long time and had all these questions. Harrison knew everything about every shoe I tried on and had a lot of patience to put up with me ahaha. If you ever need new running trainers, Harrison is a huge help, so personally ask for him. Not sure his days for work but I was in on a Saturday. Thank you Harrison!

Went to find running shoes following some soreness and Julius not only provided professional advice, but also inspired me to believe in myself again. He spent over an hour with me trying different types of shoes. When you receive service like this, you recognise the person that really loves his job. If I ever need advise again, I wouldn’t be looking anywhere else, thanks Julius!

I haven't run for decades and never did it seriously anyway. I decided to get moving again but because of my large size, I wanted to get a pair of running shoes that would avoid an injury and fitted correctly. I was seen by Luke who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his time. I tried on many pairs, each with a short run on a treadmill to video my feet. I feel confident that I've got the right shoes to start running, and he even price matched another retailer. What an amazing place, thank you so much.

I had an appointment for gait assessment, and was really impressed by the time taken to find me the right shoes. The size was unfortunately not in stock, but they ordered them for me, and they were delivered to my home the next day.

We are beginner runners, I was starting to get a little pain in one ankle & thought that it was time we were both fitted for proper running shoes so travelled to Chertsey where we were served by Elliot who was very knowledgeable and did analysis of both mine and my daughters running gait. We were fitted with Brooks Adrenaline GTS's and are delighted to say that todays run was a total breeze with zero ankle pain. I highly recommend this store, in particular Elliot.

I recommend this place to anyone who gets shin splints after every run! They will check your running style, video it and check what shoe is best for you to run in! Great place to get all your running needs! The staff are pretty Kool! However something's are definitely cheaper online or at other shops! Have fun!
