Lovely friendly staff and their Manager Michele always happy to help. They all work hard to keep the shelves full! Always clean and pleasant place to shop! Thank you all at this hard and difficult times, keeping our local Co op full and open! 🙌

Fantastic friendly staff in the Chertsey store always a pleasure to pop in and grab some lunch always good service would give 6stars if I could great store brilliant staff

Small shop but quite a large variety of chilled and fresh products. Only small frozen section. Small fresh baked section. Good friendly staff.

Had a very rude lady telling me how I should talk as two staff going around the shop helping a customer, no-oneon tills so asked if anybody serving? She tells me how I should say Please, I will not be using this shop again... shame because Monica and Trevor are lovely staff

Sadly, i have been 3 times in the last week or so and it has been already shut by 6pm, as a local resident this is such a shame a store that serves the community and has had some great staff something is clearly not right at the moment, also the deliveries seem to be at stupid times like lunch deliveries way after lunchtimes so no sandwiches etc available? Seems common sense and if it carries on this way locals cant rely on the store and it’ll likely go out of business!

Also shut last night (thursday 9th at 6pm, btw, being short staffed or not planning cover is not “due to unforseen circumstances”

**UPDATE Big sign on front saying “open every day 7am” went this morning at 7:15, back at 8 then passed again later and was still shut at 9:30am with no sign suggesting when they might open?
Took my business elsewhere seems crazy as its mother’s day and there was 5 other people waiting with me who also all gave up waiting! Staffing issues aside communication would help and surely youd arrange staff for such a day?
Maybe remove the sign on the front as hours rarely reflect this!

Some of staff insulting foreigner, they don't respect ethnic minority. I worked there some time and they treated me like a slave, yelling at mig all the time. I am swedish citizen and have academic background.Today I work at another large food store and most of colleague as well as customer adore mig.

For the last few weeks the store has been closed early morning with a sogn on it saying sorry and closed early of an evening at about 5. Not helpful at all.

Deliberately unclear pricing. Very scandalous. Avoid at all costs.

Food was priced wrong and refused refund next day with receipt
