Novotel London Heathrow Airport - M4 Jct 4

We were quarantined in this hotel for 10 days and I am writing this review right before checking out tomorrow.
The overall experience was great be it clean rooms, food of our choice, uninterrupted supply from the house keeping be it multiple requests of water, fresh linen or what not. However the overall the treatment from the each and every staff member was like the cherry on the top. They were very friendly, filled us with all information required and made us feel at home which is admirable especially when one is quarantined. Its difficult to name everyone but would like to express thank to the GM for keeping customer service at heart & having such commendable team, Arabella from front office for ensuring our comfort and special thanks to Rahim from F&B for being flexible with our food requirements and taking really good care like family. Please keep up the good work !

The Hotel NOVOTEL Cherry Lane is a real gem! The view from the outside is inviting, on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.I must comment on Ms. Arabella from Reception. I had a small problem and she handled it with grace, charm and professionalism...Mr. Nelson at bar was fantastic. The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, my kids loved pancake and they enjoy making it by themself's and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable especially Mr. Rahim he is a credit to your organization. Gym was good didn't get much time to spend but next this i will surely. kids playing area was amazing... and the last but not least swimming pool its Worth for your money. The location of the hotel is great, The room we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to London Thank you Hotel NOVOTEL Cherry Lane for making our stay so special. Will surely visit again soon

Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!

Myself and my family were very impressed by this hotel and especially the restaurant. All the seperate dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious, well presented and delivered to us quickly. We were served by Dawid and received a first class service, he was polite, courteous and took good care of us. He was attentive to us throughout the duration of our time in the restaurant and I honestly would recommend the food and service to anyone, including young families like my own where we were made to feel at ease with our children. The restaurant also had a great ambience - perfect for a little relaxation after a frinetic day at Legoland.

A perfect hotel. They changed the room immediately when we asked them because the AC in the first room was not working perfectly.
They also helped us to find a dress that we forgot where we put it.
The breakfast is excellent. Many vegetarian options.
They also agreed to offer us a late check in.
They have a luggage storage to keep your stuff in you have a late flight.
My kids enjoyed the playroom and the pool.
I really want to thank all the staff for their hospitality, especially to Maria, Velly.

Two of my friends and I were here from 17/8 until 24/8. Everything was how we wished for. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious and versatile and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Corina made us feel very welcome. She even apologized when she did not remember our room number for breakfast. We of course did not mind at all. She even brought my friend extra pieces of french toast, which had to be especially made by the chef.
The pool was also perfect for the hotter days during our stay. All in all I would definitely recommend the hotel.
I would say that the only downside of the hotel is the location. You'll have to go to London for a wide variety of restaurants. The restaurant food from the hotel was also very good, but was a bit limited in choice.

Amazing experience at this hotel. The service I was provided by rahim souji was outstanding. I was so please that the breakfast provided was so delicious and as I'm allergic to gluten , Rahim had made sure my breakfast was all free from this! I was so satisfied with him and his team that I ended up having dinner there. I felt safe and knew they knew my condition. Many thanks .i will definitely come again .

The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. Lots of variety. The kids enjoyed the pancake making machine! The facilities were good: the swimming pool and gym. The rooms were clean and very comfortable beds.
We really enjoyed our stay.

It was perfect. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. My room was big and clean, I love that the toilet is separated from the bathroom. They serve great food in the restaurant, I recommend the chicken and the lasagne ( the chef is Italian so he know how to make a good one : ) Thank you for the great experience.

The staff were very helpful and made my stay very welcoming and polite. The room was clean and all amenities were great. The hotel itself was lovely and super clean. I had a very comfortable and nice experience here and would love to visit again.

Really enjoyed my stay there! Room was very spacious and clean. Beds are very comfy, i had a great sleep. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very tasty breakfast. Well deserved 5* stars. I am waiting for lock downs to end and to visit London and this amazing hotel again. See you in 2021!

After a long day of flights and a missed connection, my husband and I were very pleasantly surprised that we were put up in this hotel. The dinner was incredible! We had a three course meal and everything we had was delicious. The service was also amazing. It definitely made our hectic day much better!

Customer service is a priority here and all staff were super friendly and accommodating. They went over and above what is expected and even with restrictions from the pandemic made the stay lovely. This hotel is a model for other businesses in the way they have maintained their customer service throughout the pandemic. The only minor criticism would be to tidy up the outside seating area. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay.

I stayed at Novotel for like 2 weeks and I am really enjoying my stay so far. The staff in the Check-in counter are very helpful and friendly Mr.Velly and others. Breakfast was always greeted joyfully by Mr.Rahim and others (but I didn’t quite catch the name, I am really sorry) so it makes me welcomed and happy. The food there is so nice with many choices and my favourite would be the pancakes.
Coming to England, since it’s cold right now I didn’t expect a pool to be there but there it is and I think it’s great that there is warm water. There is also the gym which I tried there and it was great too.
It’s a very fabulous place to stay and I love it here. Thank you to all the staff.

I stayed at the hotel for Andy Harrington's Public Speaking University training. It was super convenient to have a room at the same place, without having any commuting times to another location.
All staff members were very helpful, approachable and friendly. A few could do with a bit more smiling at customers, but they were still doing their jobs well.
My room was very comfortable, bigger than my bedroom at home, the bathroom and toilet were in great working order and I loved to see the sunrise in the mornings. I was missing one or two more drawers in the room for storage, but it wasn't something I would rate a place down for.
I would like to thank everyone for their great service and will recommend you to people as a great place to stay if they have to stay over at or near Heathrow.

Great hotel, beautiful inside, parking was tight but I always got a space as it was well monitored and staff were there to assist to avoid problems. I took the kids here to stay over whilst visiting Lego land and then London before travelling home after a couple of nights. The facilities for kids in the hotel are limited, looks great but not everything is as good as it seemed. Consols had a lack of games and controllers, table game didn't work very well but it was nice to have a pool and it was enough to keep them occupied for a short stay. Staff were great with my little one, who can be a bit of a handful, full of questions and without dismissal he was very politely answered in all occasions, I thank you for that. Reception staff were tremendous.

Came here for a business event. I used the largest meeting room there is, and it is huge! It was one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel for a meeting.
It was very well catered throughout the three day event. Morning croissants were served along with coffee and juices. Later in the morning, around 1030, freshly made sandwiches and wraps were given out; really tasty! A full buffet lunch was then served in the dining area at around 1300, with a quality of something I would expect from a high class restaraunt. There was a choice of 5 mains with a large selection of salads, soup, and cold meats. There was also a choice of 2 desserts and a fruit salad, with a cheese selection avalible afterwards. There were the light snacks at about 1530.
There is about 6 seperate meeting rooms if you split up the large room and they are well lit and air conditioned.
Although I did not stay here overnight, if I did then I am sure I would have been more than happy.
There is a stunning bar in the middle of the foyer, but my only complaint is that there is no reception and just staff ambling around with a small glass table by the entrance, so in off hours it can be hard to know where to look for them.

Corina, the guest relations officer was outstanding. My company has booked a room for me, but the reservation was not finalized by the company side. Corina managed to make a few phone calls here and there and magically she fixed everything for me. Though it was late for dinner, she has arranged a dinner for me and helped me out with all of my requests. The bar staff is highly trained and polite.
Related to accommodation, the rooms aren’t super techy, but the hygiene standards are stunning. Room was found to be spick and span.
I would surely recommend this for anybody that has a long layover in Heathrow.

Stayed there and it was a really great stay. The room I was given was spacious and very nice. I received great customer service and also enjoyed some food there too. I have to say that the chef is good at cooking up. Will certainly recommend and stay again as usual when travelling from Heathrow.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for the weekend when we were visiting London and we are over the moon. Incredibly kind staff at reception who were super helpful, clean rooms, really delicious breakfast buffet. I would like to mention Mr.Rahim form restaurant for his excellent service and looking after us all the time. You really get what you pay for - and even more ! swimming was excellent! 10/10 would recommend, will definitely stay at this place again when I come to London again. :)
