Great "budget" hotel close to LHR airport.
Nice size room, quiet, dark at night to sleep better, easy to use shower with hot water. Good Heating & AC system. Reliable type place that I would stay at again and again.
Easy to get in, sleep, and leave.
Bear in mind that the breakfast buffet is £13-£15pp... which is quite steep for breakfast IMO. And of course unless you take a bus, you're looking at another £15 to and from the airport with Uber... But even with that, I think the price for value is excellent!
It also feels quite safe too. Even though rooms are on the ground floor, there's a dead bolt and cross over lock in each room.
All the staff at the front desk and restaurant and all really nice and helpful. They're cool about keeping your bags for a few hours while you go out and about before your flight later in the day too. All in all, it was my second time staying here and I enjoyed it.

Very close and convenient to Heathrow. Very elegant rooms, excellent service, very helpful and friendly staff. We only stayed one night, but will definitely look for an excuse to stay there in the future. The front desk helped with can fare information, bus schedule, and local information. The morning buffet was one of the best FULL English breakfast spreads that I have had.

I’d give them 6 stars if it was possible! The staff make this place, they’re attentive, discreet and happy! The bar food was tasty and not overly priced for where it is, the room was immaculate, the duvet, pillows and bed so comfortable. Everything is laid out for ease of use. A lot of thought has gone into reducing noise, light and increasing space. The customer experience is terrific. I’d definitely come back and recommend. Well done everyone it’s nice to see people taking pride in what they do 👍💯

The rooms have everything you need for your stop over. Clean, tidy, and spacious with comfortable beds. We had a good meal and drinks in the restaurant too. The friendly and helpful hotel staff arranged our transfer back to the airport, which was reliable

Right on the airport edge, great parking under the hotel (but a pain if you have baggage and children because the lift is out of order)
Refurbished rooms and modernised breakfast/dinner area.
Staff v helpful n friendly + rooms clean.
Opposite a major runway and you wouldn't know the rooms are so well sound-proofed.
Love the power shower!

Stayed here 1 night on a trip to see a show with a travel company. Staff were very efficient,we didn't have to wait long for our room. The rooms are lovely and clean. Shower was good. Tea/coffee making facilities were in the room.
It is a great place to stay.
The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The only downside - the cooked breakfast was warm/cool rather than a good temperature.

Really comfortable place near Heathrow terminal 2 & 3.

The rooms are quite spacious and kept clean. The in house restaurant had good food on the menu. They also offer a shuttle cab service to airport terminals at very reasonable price.

Great location, polite friendly staff very accommodating, very clean and comfortable..room with plenty of hanging space for clothing, iron ironing board, selection of of drinks and biscuits treats..prefect for restful break before your flights..
Good menu with plenty of choice of food or beverages..
Very tentative staff and great service and very appetizing food, definitely recommend the roast chicken with honey carrots fries and relish.
Bread with dips and fire nuts..
Followed by desserts..

I am 83 and disabled. The room I booked was a very long walk from reception. The staff could see I was struggling so got me a wheelchair and pushed me to my car which they kindly allowed me to leave it parked to one side of their entrance.

Stayed here 2 nights just for transit and the second night was booked via Day Use - what an excellent choice vs staying in the airport!

✅ Rooms are very clean and spotless. It is quiet but you will hear planes taking off. The bed itself is very comfortable for catching up on sleep and the bathroom is spotless - perfect to freshen up. Bote there are no toiletries.

✅ Reception is very efficient. They are available for check in any time of the day as it is an airport hotel and check out is just dropping off the key card in the lobby mail box.

✅ An uber ride to/from the airport is around 21 pounds. The hotel has a shuttle service too but it operates on a limited time.

⭐ Pro-tip: walk to the Three Magpies 5 mins down the street for lunch/dinner. It is such a gem of a pub! Everything is delicious!!

Leonardo hotel was conveniently located and a good value when flying out of Heathrow airport. It was easy to get to, and there's a variety of options for getting back to the terminals in the morning. About the rooms were very clean and spacious. They had a nice style and just all amenities that you could ever want. Nice restaurant on site. And the check-in desk was smooth sailing. I added photos of the buses that service the hotel and that are nearby. You can of course also call an Uber which cost me about 16 pounds. I used Uber because the buses do tend to be only every so often, particularly the one that picks you up at the hotel itself which is once an hour.

Lovely hotel, with great rooms and friendly staff. I had a lovely pedicure with charming Renu at the Spa. Will definitely come again if I have to stay at Heathrow.

This is a decent hotel, decently priced but in a rough location. The location should be overlooked though as we never felt unsafe. Definitley get the breakfast, it is a really good buffet with hot and cold options and is well worth the price. We weren't going to get it on our second day but ended up paying for it. It's not included and seems expensive but once you see it you will want it. It's cheaper if you pay in advance at check in so I definitley recommend that.

Amazing location with great transport links both to Heathrow and the center of London. Rooms were spotless and the food & drink from the restaurant were great. Really helpful staff who are attentive and willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Will definitely be staying here again if I am ever in need of a hotel next to Heathrow.

This airport hotel was reachable by a local bus (423) within around less than 30 mins. You can pay via a contactless card or an oyster card. I had no issues with travelling to the hotel even near midnight from terminal 5.

The reception team were welcoming and understanding when I messaged them to say my flight into the UK would be delayed. Overall, a good price and an acceptable buffet breakfast was provided. I could even see flights taking off from my room. I would stay here again as needed!

Booked in very late after missing our flight. The concierge was fantastic, room super clean, very comfortable bed and reasonably priced. Highly recommended, feel like I found a gem. Will defo use Leonardo’s again.

Stayed at this hotel whilst delivering training to their staff. Absolutely incredible service, friendly, professional, caring members of staff with excellent hospitality, impeccably clean rooms and beautiful food! Highly recommend!
