This Tesco has everything you need from a Tesco whether it be jumpers for babies or cuts of meat. These are high quality and won’t be needed to be returned. The meal deals are also very good prices for very good items. If in the area for food I recommend to go here.

Thank you to Jayne Edwards who was working the customer service section on Sunday 11th November. After locking my keys and money in my car by accident, Jayne kindly called me a taxi and paid the fare so that I could return home to retrieve my spare car keys. Jayne is an asset to your customer service team as she went way and above her call of duty. What a lovely lady! It's a shame that I have been unable to reach head office via the telephone to express my appreciation of this lady.

No complaints about this store. Friendly staff and produce usually fresh as you would expect from Tesco.

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with one of your staff members today. Andrew was putting out all the sarnies and snacks this morning and I couldn't find what I was looking for. I interrupted him and asked if he could tell me if a product I wanted to buy was about to be put on the shelves as I couldn't locate it. Despite being busy, Andrew didn't hesitate to help me and was really friendly and informative, he made me feel like asking him for assistance wasn't an inconvenience, even though I probably was! Well done Tesco for employing good staff.

I had a coffee in the cafe the other day and the guy serving was polite and made the most amazing cappuccino and latte. Very professionally done (better than the Costa across the road as they are rude and the drinks mediocre & more expensive) and taste was perfect!! If he's serving again I wouldn't hesitate to drink there. Well done!

I was in the Addlestone store checking out about 8.30 am today. I had a 'funny turn' when loading my shopping on aisle 25. Shelagh stepped up and offered to help me pack up my shopping. She was then joined by Meghan. Both of them took over and packed up my shopping with no fuss or drama. They both were absolutely brilliant. I can't praise them enough. Their kindness and consideration was very much appreciated. Could you please pass on my appreciation to both of these ladies xx

Massive store massive choice massive car park and thankfully reasonable prices. Very nearly all you need here. Staff helpful and enough to help when needed. Queues to pay not too bad this time.

Not a lover of big supermarkets but this one's ok. Addlestone Tesco much better then Brooklands Tesco, but that's just my opinion

I love Tescos in addlestone. Good size responsibly priced ample parking and never have long to wait before I get served by cashier. For little bits of shopping the self service checkout is great

Always friendly, only a small sop but good choice

Might be biased as I know the layout of this tesco so well shopping is painless.
Tesco branded stuff seems to be better than (my local) Sainsburys.
Staff have always been polite and efficient.

Christmas eve and I got stuck in the lift, 1 1/2 hours later, 3 fire crew, 2 lift engineers and Tony the manager got the doors open what a laugh we all had , can't praise them enough especially Tony for all his help and kindness, happy Christmas to you all Tesco addlestone...🎁🎁🎁
