Holiday Inn London - Heathrow M4,JCT.4, an IHG Hotel

Excellent service in quarantine times. We stayed 13 days. Polite staff, tasty food with a variety to choose from, at door service, laundry facility. Cant fault the service.
Bed is comfortable, TV, wifi, mini fridge. We were able to comfortable work from our room, no network problems.

The room service went above and beyond to cater to our meal time due to fasting in Ramadan and after Ramadan too. They efficiently bring our breakfast at 2.45 am. Quarantine would've been a nightmare had it not been for Holiday Inn. Thank you!!!

Stayed here just one night for business, had a very pleasant stay.
I've stayed in Holidays Inns before and always found them more miss than hit, but this was a refreshing change.
Incredibly modern hotel, very clean and fresh rooms, nice bar and restaurant. I ordered room service and opted to collect it myself which saved the tray charge, and the food was good if quite pricey (but it's London).
Staff were friendly and helpful whenever needed.
Would recommend and will stay here again next time I'm in Heathrow.

Always love this hotel and can't wait to go back. One of the best groups of people with an amazing staff in the area. Have nothing but praise for every time I go. They always take very good care of me especially last minute which most of my trips are. Ahmed is an amazing individual, so was their general manager if she is still there. The rooms have been recently renovated and the hotel is very nice. The restaurants are very good but price could be a little lower. I have no complaints. The rooms have always been clean and if there ever was even the slightest issue it was always handled quickly and properly without question. The staff is amazing helpful and polite and are all friends now. It's a great hotel right near Heathrow Airport with Hopa bus service to and from the airport. Central London is accessible by nearby Piccadilly line, Heathrow Express or Heathrow connect trains as well as a nearby bus stop within walking distance on the property. Look forward to my next trip back and for my next stay to this hotel. Rooms are very nice especially the executives. The staff is Bar None fantastic! A Lovely place.

I am in hotel quarantine at the Holiday Inn and it has been a brilliant experience from the moment I arrived. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, my room a very decent size with two fridges, air-con, TV, tea and coffee. The food is excellent. I am on the 9th floor with a view of the London skyline in the distance. The exercise area consists of a large area of grass surrounded by trees. Compared to most of the other quarantine hotels, this is paradise. Thank you holiday Inn!

**My time in quarantine at the Holiday Inn Heathrow M4 Jct 4**

Today is my Day 9. To say I was nervous coming in was an understatement, but I need not have worried. I have had a lovely stay and have not one thing to complain about. Having the right mindset helped a lot- after raging a lot at the UK government and unfairness of it all (!) I made my peace with having to shell out £1750 to do this (despite being double-jabbed). I accepted this was going to be very different from any other hotel stays done during vacations.

My room is lovely and big, and I have a beautiful view outside from the 9th floor. The staff and security are friendly and helpful. I could go out everyday for walks without an issue. Last week my work laptop stopped working, and someone from my office had to physically come to the hotel to collect it, take it to the IT department at the office and bring it back to me. The staff here were so, so helpful and understanding and facilitated this without an issue. I got my laundry done twice (you’re allowed up to 7 items each time) and both times my clean clothes back super quick. The food is nice as well- I had read so many stories of people unfortunately having to resort to ordering take out etc because of how bad their food was. I had no such issue, which is a blessing considering how much we are paying for HQ (and it should never even come down to this- its a basic human right). Twice I got sent the wrong meal (non-vegetarian instead of vegetarian) but this was resolved very quickly as soon as I called and explained what had happened. On Day 2 and Day 8 a member of staff brought the Covid test kits, explained how to do the test and register it (there is also paperwork explaining all this) and came back to collect the kits within 45 minutes.

I’m definitely excited about going home tomorrow and resuming normal life again, but will miss this a little bit! Thank you to the staff and security at Holiday Inn Heathrow M4 Jct 4, you’ve made this a very easy and pleasant experience.

I have used this hotel for quarantine purpose. I have to sway that the customer service is excellent. The calls very responded very promptly. Food is great. Laundry was also great.
Overall I would recommend this as this is only few mins away from Heathrow airport.

As an hotel, I can see that you have managed the quarantine highly productively.

Returning back from a business trip and faced with an early morning start the next day I decided to stay overnight in this hotel. The entrance to the hotel was very nice and well kept and extremely tidy. Staff are there to greet you and treat you with respect and are very friendly. As first impressions go at this hotel definitely has it sussed out.

Checking in is very easy and you're made aware of where the individual restaurants are and the procedure in the morning. You're also informed about the Internet facilities in this hotel and told that if you become a member then you will have free Internet which is great. Any questions that you might have are answered politely and in whatever detail you require or wish.

The hotel room, I was offered a newly refurbished one, was clean and all around great. As I needed to catch up on work I decided to order room service and the food was delivered hot and tasted great. The waiter was very friendly and helpful and altogether great.

The mattress was great and the choice of hard and soft pillows is fantastic. The resulting nights sleep was very relaxing and enjoyable. The meeting took place in the same hotel and there were no complaints regarding this either. All in all a very satisfying experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This has become the quarantine center for the people coming from red list countries but the way they are managing is really commendable. Staffs are really good and soft spoken. The food that they serve during your quarantine is really good and warm. My friends were staying near by in diff hotel for quarantine but they didn't get this good food. The can let you go for smoke or walking for an hour as well if there is no rush. Thankfully this was allocated to me and I really enjoyed ny days here.

Great place for the night before flying and car parking. Prices are fair for where it is. The new bar is a great asset. Buy your breakfast voucher from reception and save £5 per person. Makes it excellent value for good quality food with plenty of choice. Have stayed many times and will continue to do so when flying from Heathrow.

The hotel could not be faulted. On arrival the assistant made sure everything was ok and came around and sat at table so my son in wheelchair was included in the check in experience. Gave us complimentary drinks voucher as it was our birthday as well; they couldn't have done more. Disabled accessible room was huge and beds really comfortable. No reason not to stay here, it was wonderful

Stayed here on our Europe trip in 2014. A very convenient location this hotel has, being so close to Heathrow airport. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Plenty of parking, helpful staff. Good breakfast in the morning. Good house keeping. Good views from all rooms. You can see aeroplanes landing and taking off so close yet no noise. There is a convenience store at ground floor. Approximately one hour ride to London from here. We enjoyed staying here 👌🏼👍🏻

Great hotel with good parking. Plenty of spaces. Nice room, nice and quiet. We also had a lovely evening meal but didn't have breakfast as we had an early flight. Would recommend. Stayed during pandemic and staff were excellent.

We booked this hotel as we had a 5am start the next day, and the hotel is on the route of an airport bus which starts its service at 4.19am; it costs £5 each for a one way trip to Heathrow Airport Terminals. We had an excellent and quiet room on the 10th floor which had a pretty amazing vista. The room was well equipped and immaculately cleaned. Check-in and check-out were both handled with efficiently, but please be please be aware that we did not receive our booked 4am alarm call, fortunately though we had a back-up! I would nevertheless wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Great location if you want to stay close to Heathrow. Very well maintained. Rooms are big, 10 floors, Large car park. Free wifi is fast. Kids under 13 enjoy free breakfast. The staff is very good, well trained and well mannered. The food is also very good. Designated smoking zone outside of the hotel main entrance gate.

I am writing after having recently finished a government hotel quarantine. The entire experience is dreadful and you feel totally helpless and isolated. However, what is a difficult experience is helped so much by the incredilbe staff working at this hotel.

They know the experience is unpleasant but they employ a sense of empathy and care. This is not your normal commercial transaction; you are forced to be there. Still, the way the staff conducts themselves, the level of service and the quality of meals prepared suggests that they are proud of the work they do and the comfort of the guest.

It really wasn't easy but it is great to hear a friendly voice and receive meals that was made with care. I hope Holiday Inn focusses on this perticular hotel and the staff who works there. They made the best of difficult situation and continued to provide an amazing product during a very testing time.

Staff polite, very helpful in so many ways. Thank you for the fridge, plentiful delicious food, bottled water outside my room daily - more than enough, and printing the odd document. Made my 10 days quarantine bearable. The view from my window was beautiful, trees and fields in the distance with horses even though motorway visible! Often saw a lovely sunset. Outside area for walking next to carpark had trees and big grassed area. Thank you.

Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff. They have a little table for kids in the lobby. With free milk and cookies. Breakfast options are ok, its a self serve buffet. not a lot of veggie options on the hot food counter. Free Car Parking was included with our booking. Always found parking space near the entrance, even though it was a very busy hotel being next to Heathrow. Overall it was a nice few days we stayed there.

My wife stayed in this hotel as part of the Quarantine requirement. She found it really good with amazing customer service. I must say, I was bit worried after looking at some the reviews last month. But we are so pleased to get a 5* customer care from all the staff specially the front desk managers - Ahamed Raza and his colleagues. Thank you guys - you are doing a fab job under challenging circumstances.

I have not stayed in many hotels in the UK so maybe I was expecting less than I should have but I was absolutely delighted. Within seconds of walking in with my wife, a three old toddler and a one year old baby we were greeted with smiles, led away from a one person queue at the main desk and was checked in at a side table computer. Kids were given an activity box with crayons and snacks and then as we headed to the lift, we were chased down with juice drinks. The room was spacious, clean, moderately modern with the pull bed as requested made for the toddler and a cot for the baby. If I had to critique anything, it is that the restaurant service was slower than we would have liked to bring our food. Normally when eating out without kids, the slower the better so I can enjoy sitting with a beer first but with hungry kids, quicker is usually better. I recommend this hotel for anyone who has an early flight from LHR.
