Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre London Heathrow

I have had an amazing experience and Mr. Patrick is very friendly and welcoming at the front desk . The room are very clean and silent. Equipped with good amenities. Patrick is someone who is very warm by heart .. he know his service skills and helps others to the best of his abilities. Thank you for your services and hospitality

I stayed in a superior room, i requested a king size bed and that's what i had.

Check-in was smooth, and easy. Not much of a queue. Service was excellent.

I had dinner at Icon's bar and ordered a buttermilk chicken burger and while the service was excellent and it came practically straight away, the food itself wasn't as tasty as it could've been.

Swimming pool's temperature was good and it was really quiet in the morning when i went for a swim. Sauna's temperature was just right, and the steam room was functioning really well also.

All in all, I've had a great time.

Wonderful Experience

We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to the airport. Excellent service by Madonna at the desk. As for room, it is very comfortable and clean. Good Service.

I was checked in by Mohammed. He couldn’t have been more helpful. He was polite, courteous and thoroughly professional! He was able to help me get a room that suited my needs best and considering it was late at night, I was really impressed. So, THANK YOU MOHAMMED-I’ll definitely look forward to coming back to stay again!

Apart from the lack of parking spaces which forced us to park on double red lines, the whole guest experience was exceptional. We would absolutely choose this well placed hotel again for any future travels from Heathrow. Luxurious room and attentive staff.

Very big busy hotel. Good room, only problem I had was trying to adjust the shower temp. It was scalding hot no matter what I did. Ended up having a bath instead. Great breakfast selection hot and cold choices and brilliant to get your coffee in a nice big cup. Looks as this is heavily subscribed and not surprised with what I could see. Staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I think I was in room 4058, but not 100% sure. Stayed 9th overnight so check out the shower control 👍

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Great Staff. Infact Madonna helped us to get a taxi to the airport. Bar makes amazing Martini's. Would highly recommend. Comfortable beds..

We went for dinner down in their lounge. Morrison was taking care of us and was fantastic. Lots of great suggestions, kind and attentive.

Great value & exactly what you pay for. The rooms were very large & kept clean. Great amenities in the rooms too. Only a 5 min taxi or 10 min shuttle to all terminals at LHR. After staying in many other LHR hotels, this is by FAR the cleanest & best value for money. Well done Radisson

The staff is their strength. Always warm, welcoming and helpful.

Our stay was awesome. We loved the place. Madonna was very professional at the check in.. In the restaurant clek looked after us. Rooms are quite comfortable.. Thank you Radisson for making our stay wonderful.

The check in staff Mr Patrick,a very happy go lucky guy from Uganda,was very helpful,courteous and a real sweet guy sitting behind the counter and doing his job with a big smile on his face,a real asset to Radisson and such a lovely human being.Made my day meeting him and chatting up a lil bit.All the very best to him…a five star from my side

I honestly think the low reviews must be from grouchy people who have just travelled on long flights!

My experience was perfect, the rooms clean and nice and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly.

Top tip: don't waste your money on the shuttle, £6.90 per person for 5 minute journey, get the bus instead!

We stayed here the last night we were in London so we didn't have a trip to the Airport on the day of our flight. We were promptly greeted, helped with our registration, and were on our way to our room quickly. The place is kept sparkling, the staff are excellent, the environment is welcoming. We loved our stay. We slept well and we were off to our flight the next morning. Much better than battling morning traffic to try to get to Heathrow.

So, I needed to do an airport run to pick up a relative. I saw this hotel had a shuttle to T5, the H5B- it was regular and cost £6.80pp payment is card only. Please don't try to use cash they won't take it. The room was nice and clean. Bed was lovely - I booked a cosy double room. But upgraded to a standard. Was very nice,shower, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Kettle and t making facilities and some coffee, tea, milk, and hot chocolate. Also, a fridge. Towels and some toiletries were also supplied. No dressing gown, though. Temperature control worked, and the bed was very comfy. My only issue was that the pillows were too soft and stayed on the 3rd floor.
Would say there is a bit of noise but expected as it's an airport. I didn't buy any food or drink as I don't do dairy and couldn't see much I could eat!
Also has a great little gym, lots of equipment and complimentary towels and water. A lovely sized pool and a sauna. Well worth it.

Inara's attention to detail and helpful attitude left a positive impression on my overall experience. I highly appreciate her excellent customer service.

I had a pretty nice experience. The staff is great. Special mention to Mohammed who helped in sorting things quickly. From check-in to check-out every interaction with Mohammed was marked by professionalism and friendliness.

Pirapa greeted us upon arrival and we had the pleasure of speaking with him again while waiting for food delivery in the lobby. He was so kind and gracious, we would come back to this hotel just based on his hospitality alone.
