Mother Nurture Yoga

I first found Lucy at Mother Nurture Northumberland when I was 15 weeks pregnant and have since attended pregnancy yoga, birth prep, have enjoyed massage and now both me and my 8 month old baby enjoy mum and baby classes.
Lucy has been a great support in many ways throughout my pregnancy and postnatally and I can’t recommend her and the services she provides highly enough.
I feel both mums and babies benefit greatly from her classes and I’ve found the support and shared experience, from other people in the same or similar situations to you, throughout this period in life has been invaluable to me.
The classes are also a great way to meet new, local mums and there’s always time at the end for a chat over herbal teas and homous wraps. What’s not to love?!
