Frank's The Flooring Store

I am reviewing this shop based at Alnwick even before my carpets have been laid. Therefore I am reviewing on customer service alone which has been absolutely fabulous. All three personnel I have dealt with have been happy, polite and extremely helpful. Thank you. You are a credit to your company Ant, Lee and Sam.

Helpful and cheerful staff, nothing too much trouble, and when I took the samples back, having decided we weren't going for carpet after all not a hint of rancour.

Amazing service. We were offered a great deal and they stored the carpet until our room was ready, at which point we were given a quick fitting date.
There was an issue (entirely our fault!) which Frank's sorted out quickly and more satisfactorily than
I could have hoped.
Will definitely be using them again and have already recommended to friends .

Just had our kitchen floor done in LVT.
We had a few issues because we have a really old house with uneven floorboards , but Kevin the fitter did a really good job.
Also just had our lounge & hall carpeted, again the fitters Ryan & Reece did a fab job.
The staff in Alnwick store are all really friendly & helpfully.
Would definitely recommend Franks.

Picked a carpet for my daughter's room and it was laid 5 days later. Excellent service in shop and lovely staff. Carpet fitters were polite and tidied up after themselves. Will definitely be back in the future, and will recommend them to anybody. Thank you.
