Costa Coffee

My favourite Costa shop great staff and for some reason I find their flat white better than the other Costas I visit always clean and open when it says it supposed to be

Gets busy which I guess is good for the business, so some waiting time might be needed. Very friendly staff, good food, lovely coffee

We are currently on holiday but went into costa in Alnwick to get some takeaway drinks and nibbles - what AMAZING service by Mandy - such a lovely, kind person and so extremely helpful - thank you so much as amazing service and even though on holiday will definitely be back. For all the Costa’s I’ve been to, I’ve never had such great service so thank you, the service is normally good but Mandy was exceptional so thank you.

Entered to grab a coffee and used my mobile phone app. Polite staff and in a fresh mood for that weekend. Considering the queue and early hour, the staff had a speedy dynamic in preparing everyone's coffees and serving very friendly. Such a nice impression. Thanks, Cost staff for making my day great.

A lot of cafes are shut in Alnwick on Sunday but Costa is always open....for a tea, catch-up and a relaxing five minutes. The cafe are lovely, helpful and although it is a small branch, it is well run.

I just love the predictability of Costa coffee, although recent price rises are a bit steep

My mam has been coming here for 10 years and loves it. Very friendly, coffee excellent. Staff consistently strong and flexible for her iced coffees.

Great fairly new Costa. Don't be put off by its small appearance. Loads of extra seats are hidden round the back!

This particular costa store is very clean and comfortable throughout.

Great coffee, as usual, plus a good selection of cakes. Only two minutes' walk from Alnwick's large free car park (disc req'd). Pleasant, informal atmosphere.
