Homebase - Alnwick

The lovely man that was serving today at 3pm today is a credit to the store. He is always so happy to help with great knowledge about the products. With the most genuine personable attitude anyone could ask for !

Very good range of products, was able to get hanging baskets, plants and compost, in fact everything on our list. Very helpful and caring staff. Disabled parking and wheelchair accessible

We have needed some emergency repair stuff this week, found everything and reasonable cost

Friendly staff and easy to find products and good available parking

Went in for a kitchen sink drainer which I got but they had some nice Xmas Dec's and lights

I couldn’t recommend Naomi more for her support at the Alnwick store. Super helpful and a really friendly and approachable lady to assist you in your big decisions. So much choice and the craftsmanship of the kitchen units are 5 star.

Great experience in store too with staff willing to give advice and all friendly when I visited.

I bought a BBQ from the Alnwick store using Click and Collect.
Unfortunately it contained damaged parts.
However after speaking to Donna she very helpfully rang my nearest store at Blyth to arrange an exchange.

We wanted a garden seating set which was only available at Alnwick and the staff went out of their way to assist us when we reserved one. Gary in particular was so helpful he really sold it along with the female assistant whose name we did not catch. A well deserved 5 stars and wished it could be more

I purchased a bulky item and wasn't sure if it would fit in my car. The sales lady kindly brought it out to my car and we managed to get it in. I then returned to the store to pay for the item. All the time she was friendly, polite and always smiling. Now that's what I call excellent service. Well done homebase Alnwick staff, especially the lady who served me. 👍👍

Can't thank Michelle enough for her help today. I couldn't lift due to a cracked rib and she went above and beyond the call of duty to help.

This is a really fantastic Homebase I highly recommend this store from all my previous experiences visiting this store. The store is always well layed out with a huge variety of different products with good quality items. The products range from tools to garden equipment, furniture and much much more. The shop is clean and easy to navigate around. The staff are very helpful and make the experience of visiting a pleasure. There is a good size car park located at the front of the shop so parking is not often a problem. Also not forgetting access to the building is really easy and accessible for all.

Was here today and looking for a pedestal fan, the assistant was very helpful and went and looked on the computer to find one to suit my partner, this is unusual as modern assistants are not always prepared to help. So thumbs up for Alnwick Homebase☺

Friendly and very helpful staff. Called in today for a snow shovel but there was none left so the very kind staff gave me one of there own. Absolute life savers lol.

Stopped off to buy a chain for chainsaw polite friendly staff easy to find anything you want quick service cant say more than that
